(fun fact: I was watching someone do a 100 days survival on modded arc video, so replacing some dinos of the game with SCPs and one of them was called a wendigo... It is not important at all but found it interesting since it got named Wendy too)

Wendy regrets her own choices sometimes...

More like at this moment.

The baby was not someone she cared for, she should have punted her even.

...

But she made a promise and she stays true to her promises. No matter what monster of a rotting creature she was under human skin, she had her own morals... Twisted ones but morals still.

With time passing she thought she'd get used to her choice but she could give it to Angie... A drooling baby was bothersome.

And said baby didn't seem to sport any fear in its little body she could have eaten in one bite.

She had gone to... Observe let's say, the remains of the explosion, she still couldn't tell what bomb was set off but a huge circle was burnt out of the forest, no remains of the facility, not a soul... She decided to leave Umbrella's ass alone after this.

This was the place that made her suffer and she destroyed the samples and fetid clones... If it turns out that they indeed didn't evacuate the sample that means none of those pathetic clones can be made again and for now she'll live with this victory... She doesn't care if Umbrella bothers others after all, only her and she has a good enough revenge for now.

But its parting gift in the form of this baby was bothersome, she was much more bearable when she was still recovering from what she suffered through. As said before, no fear, The beast loomed over her and howled in her face and the baby just grabbed the long tongue between the sharp teeth and tugged on it like a toy.

And she was stuck here, the creature and the mold baby, alone in each other's company because Donna had to go see the other lord and bird mommy.

She sighed, letting the baby mess with her hair, she still needed that haircut so she didn't care if she tried to eat it or put knots in it, it would at least distract her.

Miranda would not remain in the dark for long and Donna has still not shown results for Wendy, one of these days the bird woman will be on their case...

She really needs to talk to the Dimitrescus and get them on their side or it would be trouble to murder bird mommy with all the remaining lords against them since she can't let Donna be hurt.

The daughters already like her and the lady can't hate her because she saved their lives before but convincing her to betray the bird woman will need to be done carefully.

Wendy snapped her head back, the bones cracking against each other with a hissed growl as the baby tugged on her hair more then before, only getting a laughed giggle back.

Rolling her eyes behind the mask as she looked ahead, sitting on the ground so the baby could do this, legs crossed and chin in hands to keep her head up. She was bored and yet her mind was working extremely fast.

Once Miranda is gone, all traces of her past, all those that did this to her, would be gone. Knowing there are secretes in Umbrella between a department to the next and if the knowledge of the creature she is did get out to other departments... She'll just kill them...

With Miranda gone, she will stop prying into the past, trying to find out about her, the lords could live a relatively normal existence free from her grasp and Wendy will finally be satisfied.

She grinned, oh did she grin, a human face would have been torn in half, flesh ripping, if it hadn't be a fake cover for a creature of death and decay.

Soon... It is for soon.(Author just needs to reread the story and retcon things if they don't fit the story but I'll tell you if that does happen *shrugs*)

Wendy will finally show that woman why out of all creatures.

Something as ancient as her people.

Are the one to fear and not some bird woman.
