There was going to be a pep rally in the gym next week. That's when Caroline planned to strike. But until then, she wanted to make her presence known, really known.

The only other person who knew of her plan was Mina and she liked it that way, but the others were suspicious when morning announcements were cut short. She may have cut the wire in the office and maybe she played some staticky sounds before she did it. That was just an introduction for what she had planned. She was walking out of the principal's office when she ran into Ronda. Well, when Ronda found her.

"That was funny." She smirked and crossed her arms.

Caroline knew Ronda was always looking for ways to get back at the school, they'd always have fun causing mayhem in the passing years. Ronda was her idea man.

"Right? Totally fucked up the choir's bake sale." Caroline walked past her. Ronda followed.

"You haven't done something like that in a while. Not that I didn't enjoy it, totally did."

Caroline took a left to the teacher's lounge.

"Worried about me again?" Caroline scoffed.

"No, I'm kinda less worried. You got that cartoony sparkle in your eye back. It's a good look." She smiled and opened the door, letting Caroline in first. "After you."

"So chivalrous."

She needed the set of tools they kept under the sink, she grabbed 2 Dr. Peppers from the fridge and handed one to Ronda.

"So you're going on a spree? What's the occasion?" Ronda asked taking a skip as she followed out the door again. "Are you living up to the poltergeist name?"

"How'd you know about that?" Caroline asked slipping into a bathroom.

"Wally told me. It's creepy. Totally you're style."

She knew Ronda would understand her reasons. So she didn't really hold back when she told her the plan.

"You cant tell anyone from group though. I want it to be a surprise." She started unscrewing the pipes on the sinks.

"So you're building up a reputation? Can't really say you're just a myth when you're doing stuff like this. Smart." Ronda leaned against

"Right? And someone has to. By the time I'm done the schools gonna need a top to bottom inspection." Caroline finished on the sink and went to a stall door. "Hand me that screw driver, the 10 by 2, yeah that one. Thanks."

Her father taught her how to use tools when he was alive. It came it handy.

"Having the finale of your spree totally fits when they're thanking your mom before it." Ronda mentioned casually.

Caroline felt a rage an... energy at the mention of her mother. Did she donate more money? She hoped she still felt guilty. She hoped at the rally she knew Caroline cause it.

The stall door in front of her flew off the one stable hinge and hit the inside of the stall as the energy left her when she touched it with the tip of her finger. The porcelain of the toilet cracked and the pipe snapped. Water splashed onto the floor.

She took a step back and looked down at her hand. She did that. The screwdriver dropped into the water.

"This poltergeist thing is no joke." She heard Ronda say. Alarm in her voice.

She read that they could use strong emotion to interact with the living world. But she didn't know she could do that. She felt dangerous, she felt good. Then felt back for feeling powerful. She shook it off.

"Damn."
