~Chapter 24~

Hello everyone! So, before I start, sorry for going offline for a bit. I wanted to recharge my mind some more and just... Yeah- I also was busy for a bit, and trying to get my story's outline figured out some more. I have some more ideas figured out (finallyyyyy-). Hopefully I can get some more chapters out before the New Year. Cause even though I have inspiration, now I just need to have motivation. Anyways, hope you enjoy, and thank you everyone for reading and being patient on future chapters! 💜

With it now being the next day, I woke up with a jolt and looked around.
"I'm still here... Oh no... I'm still here!" I heard a lower groan and looked down, seeing Optimus still asleep besides me. Oops- wasn't trying to wake him...

Watching the mech's optics slowly flicker on, he turned to me and gently smiled.
"Good morning Y/D..."
"I wish I could say it was a good one..."

His smile dimmed and he seemed confused before thinking about the situation.

"Ah... You've been here too long, haven't you?"
"I mean, a few hours too long..! If my brother finds out I was gone..."
"Alright... We'll get you back home as soon as possible. Don't worry."

Getting up, I stretched my metal arms above my head and then started to leave the room. Oh!
"Thank you Optimus for such a lovely and relaxing time." I said, turning back to the mech who was also now standing.
"Of course... Sweetspark~" He then strode past me and walked out of the room, leaving me to overheat.

He knew what he was doing... I slightly chuckled to myself as my cooling fans turned on. Well two can play that game... Not only that, he's had his way long enough.

I walked out, seeing Optimus now talking to Ratchet. Bulkhead was messing with Bumblebee and Arcee must've been out with Jack or something, because she was nowhere in sight. Raf was with Miko in the human area, sitting on the couch on his computer.

Ratchet called me over and told me how the ground bridge was ready. But before I left, I stood on the tips of my peds and kissed the side of Optimus' helm.
"See ya~!"

Transforming to my alt mode, I quickly flew through the bridge, being met with the oh-so-familiar field and then flying up to where my "lovely" war-ship home was. Of course, it wasn't always easy sneaking on since it's always moving and stuff but... Whatever. I'll be lucky getting on without my brother being there.

To my surprise, he actually wasn't there. So I snuck back into my room which was now unlocked and laid in my berth. There was a sudden knock at my berthroom's entrance.

Oh boy... Moment of truth...

"Come in..!" I stared at the door, only to see my favorite Decepticon. (Just don't tell Megatron-) "Knockout!"

"Hey doll! Now, I hope you realize you owe me. A lot, in fact." He said stepping in and over to my berth, taking a seat on the side. "Your brother, our wonderful warlord, was trying to get in here and talk to you. I had to tell him that you were sick. You're lucky he only has cameras outside of your room and not inside."

"Not yet anyways..." I sighed and gave the medic a hug. "Thanks for always having my back Knockout... I mean it."

"Yeah..."
"You know... I had a really good time..!"
"And you were planning on telling me all about it, right?"
"Of course!" I rolled my optics and chuckled, starting to tell about my little adventure.

~In the giant throne room of Megatron where Soundwave works on cameras~ (do I know how to word all that? No. I do not-)

"So... This is what she's been up to... Send her a message please Soundwave. Tell her to meet me in here... I need to have a chat with my sister."

Soundwave gave a silent nod of the helm before looking at the giant screen, which showed an image of Knockout and Y/D talking.
"And actually, make sure Knockout comes with her. I'd like to chat to both of them."

"Oh... Did you get it too?"
"Yes... It seems Lord Megatron needs us... Both... At the same time..."
"... This is bad, isn't it?"
"It could be..."

Whelp... All's going to plan I suppose... I also have some mechs I need to introduce into the story so- Sorry if not everything ends up lining up, but fear not! It all will soon enough! (I think-)
