In the second week of the workshop, things got "serious" for Boun and Prem. From now on, various scenes were rehearsed. For example, a situation in which Boun's character, Win, met Prem's character, Team, in a supermarket, in which they had to somehow incorporate an ambiguity and weren't quite sure how.
It resembled the scene they had requested at the casting.

Then a scene where Team climbs into Win's bed and spends the night with him because he suffers from insomnia, and he only can sleep, when he's with Win. And there should a somewhat ambiguous situation arise, too.
But how could they act this out credibly?

Finally, a scene in which there should be a somewhat surprising, almost brutal kiss in a situation in bed, in which Team is heavily intoxicated and Win more or less confesses his feelings to him, telling him that he should also admit his feelings for Win.

It was all supposed to be a bit unconventional, just like these two characters were, and somehow it couldn't be steered in the right direction with pining glances and sweet-talking. It didn't fit. Tenderness in a brutal way, that's probably how the author imagined it in the story. Boun and Prem had already developed their characters in this direction last week, but they still struggled with it a little and Dao now had to try and tease it out of them.

In the end, they resolved the supermarket situation with a forehead kiss and a clearly ambiguous look for Team, hinting at what Win wanted as payment for the tutoring he was offering Team.

The sleepover situation at Win's condo was solved with a knee in Win's private parts as Win pretended to seduce Team and ended with an incredibly sweet scene where Team asked to cuddle with Win so he could go to sleep.

The kissing scene in bed was literally a fight. They were both in the dance hall, in rehearsal, on mats of course and not in a bed, but that didn't change what was required in the script.

Prem was actually reluctant to see his role as Team in the overly defensive role. But the script called for it and so he now waited for the next kiss with Boun, but this time as a dominant and rough Win.
At the rehearsal, Win had just pushed his lover into bed with his hands on his shoulders, sat over him and approached his lips.
But then he turned away and placed his mouth in the crook of his neck, inhaling his scent deeply.

They were both fully in character and Win could now literally feel the excitement rising as he looked at the seductive body beneath him.
Now it would have been Win's job to put his mouth greedily over Team's lips, but he hesitated.

Boun was wondering whether he should really do it like this, whether another solution wouldn't be better, because he thought it was inappropriate to always overpower Team.
Besides, he was inwardly reluctant to give Prem a brutal kiss. It felt wrong.

His inner conflict worsened when he saw Prem's eyes. His role demanded the choreographed, wild seducer, but his heart wanted his lips, Prem's lips, to touch with love and tenderness.
He was no longer very good at separating his own personality from that of his character.

Prem below him sensed Boun's chaotic thoughts. He knew what Boun had to do now according to the role and wondered why he was slowing down.

Does he not want to kiss me so intensely?
Is it such a terrible thing for him to overcome?
But he has to do it.
We have this kiss in the script.
How can I help him overcome his shyness?

Dao watched what was happening and also felt the tension. She was just about to break off the situation and perhaps discuss the script again when someone suddenly put a gentle hand on her shoulder.

She was a little startled and caught sight of New, the director, who had just quietly stepped into the room with her and her protégés. He didn't want to disturb her and had therefore snuck in. His curiosity was piqued and he was itching to find out how things were going with the sidecouple.
