so i'll be having 786 calories a day and when i feel like eating more than usual i do 1,286 calories. i justify that by saying it's so i don't get used to eating too little calories BUT it's true even if it's an excuse.
anyways the next thing i do to lose weight is a belly and thigh workout. belly workout: • 1 min plank • 100 hip dips • 100 heel touches • 100 bicycles • 100 russian twist {i've been ignoring the russian twists cuz i'm scared it's gonna make my waist big ☠️} thigh workout: • 3x15 seated butterfly • 3x15 frogger squeeze • 3x15 elevated open close • 3x20 flexed split pulse
i really recommend these tho they're really effective and if you don't know the exercises you can search them up cuz i had no idea what those names were either 💀
SO next thing is dancing. i really like dancing and it's a good form of exercise so these are the dances i do.

then on the days i don't dance i'll make up for it by walking as i usually do
anyways that's all i'll be doing ALSO just a disclaimer it's christmas today and i will not be counting my calories cuz it's christmas and i choose happiness. i also didn't count yesterday cuz happiness and tomorrow i will also not be counting cuz i wish for happiness 😄 i may gain a bit of weight from that but maybe not cuz recently i've just been less interested in food anyway
