so i did manage to get back into the 55's BUT i wasn't as consistent as i should've been so im gonna do better this week.
im gonna continue with the 500 calories but i'm gonna be doing at LEAST 20,000 steps. that may sound unachievable but with the distances i walk it's possible especially if i just take the longer route.
and i'm gonna start drinking my matcha tea again cuz it speeds metabolismi used to drink it before but i really hated it and it tasted disgusting so i stopped but i'm gonna start again cuz i've got skinny syrup 😋
