so i know my weakness is that when there's no food in the house i just go about and eat anything there is just cuz i'm hungry
this only leads to wasted calories cuz i'd still be hungry
SO i planned my whole week of eating and hopefully i stick to iti know these calories are extra low but if i'm still hungry i will have something within 795 calories, no more than that
