so since my birthday is on the 7th i'm not gonna be counting calories on that day and on the next day cuz celebrations continue
so im gonna be trying to cut sugar out till then
and ik most foods have sugar in them but im gonna avoid all the ones that are mainly sugar like sweets, biscuits, snacks stuff like that
