so instead of eating 500 calories i'm going back to my extreme weight loss calories which now is 795 because 500 is too small and i either over do the limit or stay within it and feel exhausted cuz of how little it is

anyways i ate really bad yesterday and now i'm 56.2kg 😇
silly me

but i'm glad it wasn't by that much
recently when i have bad food days i don't gain as much and i think it's cuz i've been doing my 20k steps or my metabolism is becoming more efficient

ALSO my arm workout that i'm doing is just some random one on tiktok i think it will work
