so to lose weight quicker i was thinking that i could just burn all the calories that i eat?

so on a good day when i do 15,000 steps and my belly and thigh workout i burn around 500 calories so i could eat 500 calories

i think that's what i'm going to do for now but i'm going to start on monday because i don't have enough healthy foods in my house so i'd end up just eating whatever i find

idk if it's just me but when i don't plan what foods i need to buy and when i'm going to eat them i just go off 💀
i eat anything and everything so i will make a list of what i need to eat in the week to stay on track
