MY WL PLAN:
- 1,398 calories a day
- 20,000 steps (at least 16k on lazy days)
- 35 minute jog
- do daily workouts
- at least 16 hour fast everyday
- no eating past 8pmthis will start on friday
also i decided to do the normal weight loss calories cuz 898 is too small and will just make me want to eat more anyways
also if i lose 0.5kg every week i will be 45kg in 20 weeks which is the 25th of june which is okay i think and the slower you lose weight the better cuz you're less likely to gain it back
anyways that's the plan for now ✨
