gut health + update {07/04/24}

i'm 52.3kg now!!! and i'm gonna be doing a 3 day fast to improve my gut health because i feel like my gut is crying for help and it also will help my weight loss
i'm gonna start tomorrow and i'm only gonna be consuming smoothies of JUST FRUIT. absolutely nothing else not even shop bought juice cuz those have added sugar.
these are the fruits i'll use:
- oranges
- kiwis
- strawberries
- lemons
- mango

so i think i'll drink the smoothie in the morning and i'll drink green tea at night because green tea is really good for you
