so i weigh 55.2kg now and i'm really trying to push past because (1) i want to be at least 54.5kg by my birthday which is in a week exactly now and (2) because every time i'm close to a goal i end up getting lazy and i gain weight when i'm so close
so i'm not gonna be getting lazy and skipping my workouts or getting lazy with my eating habits because i'm literally 0.2kg away from being what i was before and then when i'm passed that i can finally move on with my weight loss journey because i feel like i'm just going in circles sometimes because i have been 55kg before and now i'm trying to get back to it but that's okay because i will reach 55kg and after that i will keep progressing to my ugw 🎅
