i actually don't know if it's because i'm gaining muscle or gaining weight but i'm around the 56kgs
ITS SO ANNOYING
i really don't know if it's muscle or not because i'm ngl my biceps are getting bigger and i'm looking more defined but i've also not been following my calorie count as much as i should so i need to make sure i do or even have less or else i'll end up bulking by accident 💀
anyways to make sure i go back to 54kg i'm gonna be doing my monster high diet

today is 400 calories then 250 then 500 then 300
i know that's unhealthily small especially for the amount of movement i do but i want this done quick. once i reach 54kg i'll stop and go back to normal
