Dan's POV
"Thanks so much for this guys," Georgie says. She and Cole were all dressed up ready for their weekend away without the kids. "We'd trust the boys if not for the little incident at your apartment," Georgie mutters, glancing over at Robert.

"We are happy to babysit anytime Georgie," Beth says. She makes funny noises at one of the twins who reaches out for her.

"This will be perfect practice for you guys when you have-" Cole puts a hand over Georgie's mouth and I smile gratefully.

"We shall be going," Cole mutters. "Call us if you need anything."

I follow them out of their apartment and shut the door behind them. "Who wants pizza?" I ask.

"Pizza sounds so good," Beth moans.

"I could eat," Robert agrees.

"I'll go and ask Evan and Scarlett," I murmur, smirking at Robert. He flips me off and I laugh as I walk up the hallway.

I knock on his door and Scarlett pulls it open a little. "Hey Dan."

"We are getting pizza for dinner," I say, trying to peek in. "Any suggestions."

"I'll eat anything," Scarlett laughs nervously. "And Evan likes meat lovers."

I hum. "What's going on?"

"Nothing," she lies. "We are just working on our project and we want to keep it a surprise."

I let it slide because I knew they weren't having sex in there. For one, I found Scarlett making out heavily with Robert on my couch and two Evan is not sexually active. I don't know the term for it exactly.

I should though.

"Alright," I say to her. "I'll go make a call."

She smiles and shuts the door. I wait a couple of minutes, before testing the doorknob and finding it unlocked. I push the door open and I stop short when I just see Scarlett.

"Where's Evan?" I question.

"Uh-" she stammers. Suddenly there is a tap on the window.

"Is that him?" I ask. I walk over to the window and hold up a finger to Scarlett who tried to stop me. I pull the window up and stick my head out to find Evan in the tree.

His mum would kill me if she found out he was climbing a tree this high. "Shit," is all he says.

"Looks like you've got some explaining to do," I say.

I step back and Evan jumps into the room with Scarlet and me. "I'm sorry, Evan," she stammers. "He barged in and I couldn't think."

"It's okay," Evan sighs. "It was going to come out sooner or later."

"Is anyone going to explain this to me?" I ask. Scarlett leaves the room and gives us a minute.

Evan runs his fingers through his hair. "I've been seeing someone."

"And you have to hide it because?"

Evan flicks his hands nervously. "You didn't let me finish," Evan murmurs. "I've been seeing someone about my disorder."

"Your sixteen," I say slowly. "Don't you need a parent present?"

"I forged Mum's signature," Evan admits.

"Evan," I scold him. "That's not okay."

"I know that," he snaps.

"Calm down," I murmur. I sit down on his bed and pat the spot beside me.

He falls beside me and he licks his lower lip. "I've been seeing a specialist about my sexual disorder."

I frown. "But nothing is wrong with you?"

"I know," he whispers. "But Uncle Dan, I'm attracted to people I just can't perform."

Perform? Oh!

"You can't get hard?" I ask bluntly.

He nods blushing. "She says it could be because of my dad."

I grit my teeth. "What about him?"

"That he was an alcoholic," Evan murmurs.

"Is there treatment?" I ask.

He nods. "But it costs thousands of dollars and I've been sneaking out to work and make some money."

"Evan," I say slowly. "You need to tell your mum. Yes, she's going to be mad you forged her signature, but she will understand the reason."

He smiles sadly. "Thanks, Uncle Dan."

"No worries kid," I say. "It's why you call me your favourite uncle."

He laughs. "Sure."

*
"Babies are hard," Beth complains, falling into my arms on the couch. "How Georgie does this every day is beyond me."

"Superwomen," I declare. "The only explanation."

Beth giggles and kisses my chin. "What are we watching?"

"Cole suggested Schitt's Creek to me," I say. "Said it would be my cup of tea."

Beth snuggles against me as I press play on the show. We managed a couple of episodes before both of us passed out on the couch.

We both woke up to screaming. I glance at the clock and see it's 3 am. I make my way to Cole's room and find one of the babies crying. I didn't know the difference yet.

I pick her up and softly sway her. Her head lays on my shoulder and she slowly stops crying.  Her gorgeous green eyes stare back at me and her little hand comes up and touches my face. "You like my stubble?" I question. "Beth finds it hot too."

I hear a giggle and spin around to find Beth standing in the doorway. She was looking at me in admiration. "You look good with a kid in your arm, Kennedy," she murmurs.

"I would be a DILF," I tease.

I gently lay the twin back down in her cot as her eyes flutter, struggling to stay awake.

Once Beth and I knew for certain she was asleep, we walked out of the room and I gently shut the door behind us.

"They are so cute," Beth gushes.

"Yes, Cole and Georgie make beautiful kids," I agree.

Beth takes my hand in hers. "Do you want any?"

"Any what?" I ask playing it dumb.

She huffs. "Kids."

"Someday," I answer. "Not now though."

She chuckles. "Stop panicking, it was just a question."

"Okay," I sigh in relief. She looks away hurt. "Not to say I don't want children with you, this is all just so fresh and we haven't even discussed our-" I see her smiling and scowling. "You're messing with me."

"I was," she admits. "You so easy to rile up."

She giggles as I pick her up and chuck her over my shoulder. I drop her onto the couch and get on top of her, starting to tickle her stomach.

She struggles against me and I get to hear her amazing laugh come through. "S-Stop I can't breathe," She wheezes, laughing through the pain.

I stop and smirk down at her. "Don't mess with me."

"Never again," she sighs.
