Y/n is awaken to her mother's yelling
M/N: "Y/N! Get up sweetie, we'll be leaving in 30 minutes, you have to be ready."
She hears no answer and begins walking upstairs to her daughter's room.
M/N: "Hey, remember your father and I have to go to on our trip. Get ready so we can drop you off at your uncle's."
Y/n finally gets up, groaning.
Y/N: "Really mom? With uncle Kenny... why?"
M/N: "It's a business trip for your father and I, we can't leave you alone in the house. The trip will be a long drive as well."
Y/N: "Savannah's not THAT far."
M/N: "I said no, plus I don't want to leave you with a babysitter. Your uncle seems more protective."
The little girl laughs with a scoff, and mumble to herself so her mom can't hear.
Y/N: "Maybe a little TOO overprotective."

It takes an hour for Y/n's mom to convince her to get ready; and by some miracle, they arrived to Kenny's house, impatiently standing on his front porch.
M/N: "Alright we're here. Chop chop, we have to go." She claps her hands twice.
The little one hesitates for a moment. And with a big sigh, she turns to her mom.
Y/N: "Mom, please take me with you. I don't want to be left with uncle Kenny."
M/N: "No Y/n. What's up with you? You've always liked Kenny, so what's up now?"
Y/N: "I don't know, he seems scary and too overprotective. He won't even let me out of his sight, not even to play with Duck." She crosses her arms.
M/N: "That's good."
Her daughter looks up at her and raises an eyebrow.
M/N: "What? Okay... what I meant is... Kenny is a good father and uncle to you and Duck. He'll be watching you, making sure you're not doing foolish things. I asked him to watch you very closely because you're a very smart and adventurous girl. I mean, how could I not leave you alone for 2 seconds? For all I know, you'll be across the whole world by now." She chuckles.
Their conversation is cut when y/n hears her father yelling while honking on the horn.
F/N: "C'mon, we have to leave!" He yells, clearly annoyed.
Y/n looks at her father with a glare and knocks on the door. The two wait for a few seconds before a blonde lady opens the door.
M/N: "Ah, hey Katjaa. Is Kenny nearby? I want to say bye to him before I go." She says with a smile.
