We were all in the locker room hanging out and talking with each other, Coach Bombay then walked in with Miss. McKay with him "Ya'll enjoy that?" Bombay asks "Yeah!!" We all cheer at the same time "Okay well so did they...because there are three points up and were one period away from defeat" He says looking around at us all, we all take a seat I sit next to Adam and Julie but Jesse stays standing

"Well if we can't beat them might as well keep our pride" he says as we all agree "Jesse that's not pride, sure when Dwayne roped that big part of me cheered but guys I've been there I know how you feel and I wanted to beat that jerk who busted my knee when I played in the minors....and I really really wanted to go after them for that cheap shot, But you know what? My knee will heal and if I become someone i'm not...if I sink to their level...well then I've lost more than my knee, You understand?"
