"Run!" The boy tells me, as he wraps a dark cloak around me. He continues to hold my arm as we run into an alleyway, away from the chaotic square.

"I cannot run!" I say defeated, as the pain caused by the Guard kicking me to the ground bolts up the back of my legs.

I rest my body against the wall of the alleyway, as the boy stops and turns to me.

"You have not got much time, or the Kings Guard will put the city on lockdown to find who started the fire, and we will be trapped." He races back to me, and places an arm underneath my own, shifting much of my weight onto him as he helps me limp down the street.

I stare curiously at the ground, as we limp past many strands of hair laying on the stone.

Bunches of people run around screaming fire, as the bell begins to toll. Crowds of people emerge from the alleyway, and run past us, trying to get away from the flames that slowly grow larger, licking at the buildings around it.

"Come on!" The boy yells over the crowd, placing another arm underneath my legs as he picks me up, and runs through the crowd.

Havoc is all around us, as the boy jogs through alley after alley, trying to get ahead of the crowds.

A few minutes later, we have reached the stables towards the South gate of the city, and he places me back on my feet.

He looks around for any guards, but they have all been attracted to the square to stop the crowd.

"Now. Take this horse, and ride North. You will catch up with Yoren, who has your sister and the Stark girl, and your Direwolf is also with them I saw. Stay on the exact pathway and you will find them." He leads a grey horse from the stables, and lifts my legs up to help me to sit on it. He hands me a heavy satchel, and I latch it onto the saddle.

"Is this Varys' plan?" I ask him, and he nods.

"You have Varys and Varys alone to thank for this." He looks around cautiously, and helps me to lead the horse out of the stable.

He runs towards the gate, and spins the wheel by the side of it to open it, the only other sound being the distant yells of the crowd.

"What is your name?" I call over to him, wanting to know so I am aware of who I have to thank.

"Thomas." He says, continuing to spin the wheel with all of his strength.

"You!" I look over my shoulders, and see three guards rushing towards us. The gate is halfway open by now, but a Guard runs towards Thomas, unsheathing his sword.

"I order you to turn around!" Another guard comes towards me, but I look to Thomas. He has a desperate look in his eyes, as he moves to carry on opening the gate.

Before he can finish, the Guard plunges his sharp sword into Thomas' chest, who gasps for breath as he looks at me.

"Go!" He rasps, as his body slumps to the floor.

I look wide eyed at his lifeless body in shock, as the three guards run towards me.

Without a second thought, I pull on the reigns of the horse, and it sprints towards the half opened gate. I close my eyes as I flatten my body against the horse, praying that I do not hit the gate.

I open my eyes a second later, and I am on the opposite side, galloping away from Kings Landing.

And hopefully for good.

I look over my shoulders and see the guards standing there, not chasing me as the gate slowly latches shut in front of them.

I turn around and lean forwards, attempting to make the horse gallop as fast as it can.
