I sat in lamere's car in the passenger side, my elbow rested against the door as i stared straight ahead with smeared mascara from last night running down my cheek and a lumped throat. I hated that i had gotten in the car with him and let him think that i forgave him or forgotten what i heard a few days ago because i hadn't its like I'm physically not mentally programmed to forget something like that, i just saw him at an emotional vulnerable moment and he took advantage of that and tried to make me completely forget the fact that he has an ex that hes in love with

I completely hated how i sobbed into his arms like i was some kind of shojo girl who cant express their emotions without breaking down in front of everyone, and i mean i cant be to far off from one of them, i really cant even keep my shit together and under control and today really shut down any expectations i had made for myself all of these years

I didn't fight the tears that slowly fell down my cheeks, at least they couldn't hurt me more than my best friend had.

I felt a gentle warm hand from beside me touch my cheek and rub my tears away , i quickly slapped his hand away from my cheek, i then faced the window as he looked over at me confused

"Did...i do something"

"Just be quiet and drive"

"Do you want me to take you home or do you want to go back to my place"

"I dont care take me anywhere, i just want to sleep and forget everything i ever did since i woke up"

"Im sure your overreacting, you'll wake up tomorrow and probably won't remember one thing tonight"

"Shut up you dont know me nor how my mind works"

"Alyssa i know everything about you" he said with a chuckle

"No you don't, just because i let you in with open arms doesn't mean you know everything about me lamere"

He scoffed "no, trust me i know you"

I snapped my head over at him "oh yeah you probably do know almost everything about me since i tell you every single fucking thing that ever happened since i was born, but i dont know one damn thing about you" i semi yelled

"Well you never bothered asking" he yelled back but keeping his attention onto the road

"Oh yeah now i never bothered asking, your such an asshole"

"Yeah you didn't, how about you ask now"

I rolled my eyes and scoffed "no why would i give in to what you want" i said as i leaned back in my seat

"No cmon, ask me something, ask me a fucking question alyssa !" He hissed

"Fine ! Who the fuck was that girl and do you love her"

His eyes finally shifted off the road and he slightly glanced over at me, i watched him gulp at the question and tighten his grip on the steering wheel

"Shes my ex"

I stared at him and awaited his response to the second question, but he didn't answer he sat and left me with unanswered questions, he kept his attention onto the road and never shot a glance over at me again

"Anwser the question damn it !" I growled as i hit the window

He stayed silent and unfazed

I held up my hand which had the ring he gave me

"Your such a fucking idiot lamere, how do you want me to wait for you when your already in fucking love with someone"

"Im not in love with her"
