Keys paced back and forth. "You told him the truth. Why would you do that? We can't trust him. I told you once you left he was with Diego all the time." Keys scoffed. "Then you told him about mom."

"I was standing in front of him when mom called me Keys. Plus you trust Tyson. He looks just like Diego."

"That's because I thought he was Diego at first. I was going to hurt him because of what he did to you. Then I realized he wasn't him. We talked everything out."

"So why can't I talk everything out with Andre? You know why he doesn't like you."

"I don't give a fuck why he doesn't like me." Keys stopped walking. "Why are you taking up for him?" He stared at his sister. Kianna shrugged. Keys put his head back.

"You fucked him didn't you?"

"Even if I did that's none of your business Keys." Kianna mumbled as she got up from her bed. She stuffed clothes over the bathing suits she packed. The trip wasn't supposed to be some type of vacation. But she would be lying if she said she didn't want to spend some time alone with Andre. To talk to him more.

It didn't mean she was in love or anything. She liked him. Always had. It felt good to admit the truth to him. A simple miscommunication on her end should change the situation between her brother and Andre. It didn't mean she would have some type of relationship with him. But it did explain her anxiety around him. She knew him. Mentally and intimately now.

"So why you packing bathing suits if we just picking mom up."

"We'll have to wait for her to be bailed out. Plus they could leave her there for a day or two. Things are strict over there." Kianna looked into his eyes. "You knew from the moment I told you I kissed him he was the same Deandre from high school."

"He's fucking somebody else right now. You don't need to be in the middle of that. My sister deserves better."

"He told me about his ex."

Keys stopped pacing again. "He did?" A frown formed on his face. "That she's married. All of that?"

"All of it." Kianna shrugged. "He's not lying to me Keys."

"So what? That means he likes you?"

"It means he's not lying. Whatever feelings were there as kids, those aren't there. If we decide to get to know each other better now as adults that's our choice. But that's not what I'm trying to do. I have other shit to focus on. I just want my brother to have my back the way I have his."

He nodded his head. "Fine. But if we making a damn trip out of this shit I'm bringing June."
"I'm good with that." Kianna shrugged. "I plan to spend one of the days alone with Andre." She admitted. Keys looked her over and groaned before leaving her room. When he popped back inside she was zipping her bag. His arms wrapped around her. She stopped and placed her head against his.

"I love you Kianna."

"And I love you Keys."

"Promise me you won't put yourself in a position where you're in the middle of anything he has going on."

Kianna smiled. "You know I wouldn't."

"I know you wouldn't if you didn't care. But once you care about someone you never stop. That's why you're so comfortable with him now. Just. Don't risk your freedom or your life for him."

"What makes you think things are that deep between us?"

"You're my twin Kianna." He pulled back and touched her cheek. "We fall fast. It doesn't take much. And one thing I do know about Andre is that he's consistent even if it's with some bullshit."
