Monica felt butterflies in her stomach as Landyn walked towards her. She clutched the bag in her hand tighter. "What you doing over here?" He asked as he got closer to her. She knew he didn't hug her because he was messy. Monica shrugged.

"I wanted to bring you lunch." Landyn looked at the bag in her hand and then to her.

"You wanted to bring me lunch." He repeated. "Did you quit your job yo?" A frown formed on his face. Monica laughed.

"Why do you and Dallas act like I can't be nice or something?" She shook her head. "Every time I do something different that's what y'all jump to."

"You never bring me lunch." Landyn shrugged. "I don't even think you ask me if I ate lunch." He looked as if he was thinking. Monica sighed.

"Here take the food Landyn." She held the bag up. He looked her over and the bag again.

"Did I do something? You mad for real ain't you? I put the toilet seat down this morning." He folded his arms letting her know he wasn't going to take the bag. Monica mugged him.

"Landyn take the food."

"Naw." He shook his head. A smile formed on his face. "Yo you don't never pull up to one of my sites. No matter how many of the addresses I give you. What you on ma?"

"Bringing my man lunch." Monica sighed. "You're starting to make me feel weird."

"I'm making you feel weird?" He laughed. "You pulling up out of nowhere. Shit when did I even drop this lo to you ma? Like three or four weeks ago. You on something."

"Fine. So I did it for a reason. It doesn't change that I'm bringing you lunch and you're not taking it."

Landyn smirked. "Now we getting somewhere. Why are you bringing me lunch Monica?"

"Because I watched the ring camera feedback for the past two years."

Landyn stopped smirking. "For the past two years and I'm supposed to think you ain't quit?"

"Not the full thing Landyn." Monica rolled her eyes. Her attitude was quickly shifting. Landyn took the bag from her hand. "You know exactly what I'm talking about."

"Naw I don't." He opened the bag and looked inside. His eyes moved to hers. "You trying to kill me?"

"Goodbye Landyn." He laughed as she turned away.

"I wasn't going tell you either way." He called after her. Monica stopped walking and turned to face him. She jumped back not expecting him to be so close. He smiled as he leaned forward. "Fix your face ma."

"What is with the numbers?"

"I'm not telling you ma." He shrugged.

"I'm going back to work."

"Hold up." He pulled the glove from his hand  then grabbed her wrist. Monica moved closer to him as a man appeared. "Take this and set it in my cooler for me."

"But I just heated that up." Monica frowned.

"Set it on top then." Landyn snickered taking the hat from his worker. He placed it on Monica's head. "Big ass head."

"Leave me alone Landyn."

"You came here ma." He shrugged. "Come on." He grabbed her hand. Monica let him lead her into the building. Landyn moved her beside him. "You look good." He spoke randomly not even looking at her. Monica smiled as they stopped in front of a group of men. When one caught her eye he whistled.
