"Take a ride with me Tyson." Landyn spoke as his window rolled down. Tyson looked over his shoulder and frowned. "You want to hear what I got to say." Tyson stared at him for a few seconds before looking back at his brother's crib. He slid into the passenger seat.

Landyn pulled away from the house. "There's a folder on the back seat." Tyson reached back and grabbed it. He opened the folder and looked to Landyn. "They came back around the same time." Was the only response Landyn could give to Tyson.

The situation at hand was sticky. At one point Landyn seen Tyson as a little brother the same way he did with Diego. But shit got complicated when he pushed up on Monica. At the time Landyn didn't know that she was Diego's girl. As far as he knew Diego was single, doing whatever he wanted.

Either way it didn't change the fact what was in the folder was a problem. For everybody included in the situation. Tyson shook his head as he looked at pictures of his older brother kissing Kianna. "Bro there's no way."

"They partners." They both spoke at the same time.

"Diego being a fucking cop? Bro come on." Tyson laughed shaking his head. His laughter stopped as he thought about it deeper. Diego loved to be alone, he isolated himself from everyone. He wasn't pushing for a relationship with him before. Now that he thought Tyson had nowhere to go, his door was open.

"He recruited her." Landyn spoke. "Andre wouldn't fuck with him. So he went and found a way around it. You wouldn't fuck him, I wouldn't. We all turned our backs on him. He found a way to become the most important thing in all of our lives."

"What the fuck." Tyson groaned. He flipped over the first picture looking over an acceptance letter for his brother into the police academy. He found a certificate stating his graduation date. There was even a signed case file with Diego Mitchell on it. "How you get this shit?"

"Keys." Landyn looked over to him as he stopped at a red light. Tyson's head whipped in his direction. "I was going to line him. Your brother was following me and Nica. He claimed that you was running my business to dude. But then I realized it was you he was talking about."

"You would never do some shit like that. Even if you did. The motherfucker you was telling was trustworthy. So I went to see Keys. He was a little shook up at first. But when I told him that  yall didn't know he was in that car." Landyn sighed. "A dam burst for him. He said that Diego knew the car. That yall was falling deeper into his trap."

"Fuck." Tyson flipped the papers off of his lap. "I'm going to kill his bitch ass."

"Now you know you can't do that shit." Landyn shook his head. "On my birthday, he's supposed to get Dallas. I got somebody who been trying to catch up to that nigga. My cousin Omari. Your brother almost fucked him over in New York. But your brother got low."

"He came here?"

"Yeah." Landyn nodded. "But I'm going need your help. I need you to switch out your brother's phone for a fake. We can have all his shit moved over. But we'll change who certain contacts belong to. When everything is done the phone will disappear along with Diego."

Tyson nodded. "Alright. When your birthday is?"

"Valentines Day."

"Nigga." Tyson scoffed. "Monica ain't going let you out of her sight that fucking day."

"I'm not going let her. We need a alibi anyways. I'm inviting you to her parents crib."

"You proposing?"

"Yeah."

Tyson nodded. "Bet. You know I'm in there. But you going have to tell Dre yourself. We ain't speaking right now."
