TASK FORCE X: A SUICIDE SQUAD

CHAPTER TWO: PLAN C

The Task Force sent by Waller, hadn't returned and she heard no word from them. So, it was time for Plan C...

A.R.G.U.S. HQ, WASHINGTON D.C.:
Amanda Waller, Rick Flagg , and other members of the Government and A.R.G.U.S. Sat around a long table. Amanda, tossed a folder onto the table and opened the first page, "Floyd Lawton", she said, revealing a mugshot of Floyd Lawton, Deadshot. "Ex-Miliatary, Weapons Expert, Hitman for hire", she added, "he's currently at Belle Reve penitentiary".

"Our next one is Larissa Diaz, Copperhead. Expert escape artist, and an assasin", she introduced her next member by showing a bio of Larissa Diaz, Copperhead.

"Are you sure bringing that one is a good idea?", she was asked, "I'm not, but I'm gonna take the risk", she responded.

"Thirdly, we have our most recent capture, Eric Needham, The Black Spider".

GOTHAM CITY, NOT LONG AGO:

A drug deal was underway in a back alley of Gotham, where The Black Spider had appeared at the scene. As he was being shot at, he began to rapidly counter attack the criminals, jumping and flipping around them, taking them down one by one, and pulled out a pistol and shot at the criminals, whilst in the air.

After he'd taken down the criminals, he turned around to see wide black cape of Batman landing onto the ground. As Batman revealed himself, wearing a full black suit, with a yellow symbol on his chest with the Bat inside. "I GAVE YOU A WARNING", Batman said to him, as The Black Spider responded, "well if it isn't my favourite superhero", then used a grapple gun, shooting up to a nearby ledge, where Batman followed.

Batman chased The Black Spider from rooftop to rooftop, until Batman managed to cut his grapple with a Batarang, causing The Black Spider to fall back onto a rooftop.

The two battled it out on the roof, with The Black Spider going all out, whilst Batman countered and defended. Batman finally punched him straight in the centre of his face, disarmed him, and used his grapple gun wire to tie him up on the floor, unmasking him and disarming him for his gadgets.

As the police helicopters arrived, shining their lights down on them, Batman stepped out of sight and left The Black Spider to the GCPD, where he was then sent to A.R.G.U.S.

A.R.G.U.S. HQ, 1990:
Waller  sighed, as she turned the page over, revealing her next two members. "We thought really long and hard about these two, but we come to a decision and believe they'll do a good job. I present Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, both former Doctor's in different areas, recently formed a duo as they both, with the help of 'Catwoman' took down Roman Sionis. After splitting with The Joker, Doctor Quinzel has been...behaving, whilst Doctor Isley is just...herself as usual", Waller explained, then came to her conclusion of the files and said, "next up, we have...Waylon Jones..".

GOTHAM CITY, NOT LONG AGO:
Batman and Waylon Jones AKA 'Killer Croc' nicknamed by the Gotham Gazette, battled it out in the Gotham sewers. He was known as 'Killer Croc' due to his rare skin disease, giving him scales and crocodile like features. As the two fought, Croc kicked Batman into the water, then turned a valve, so that more water shot out of a pipe, filling the water, so Batman swam out of it, threw a Batarang that exploded as a flash grenade, whist Batman covered his eyes and temporarily blinded Croc, then beat up Croc, tying him up to pipes and a metal fence, leaving him for the GCPD.

A.R.G.U.S. HQ, 1990:
"So let me get this straight, you want two assassin's, a vigilante, The Joker's Ex-Girlfriend, a plant lady, and a human crocodile to do exactly what your two previous squads were sent to do, and neither of them came back", a man in a suit questioned Waller, "neither did the squad of troops the U.S. Government sent out, besides these actually stood a chance against Batman", Waller responded, in which there was then an awkward silence.
