We're walking to the beach right now. In the bag that I'm holding is also a blanket so now we're looking for a place to sit.
We're literally the only people here, but I'm not complaining.
I talked to Elena earlier. She asked me what was in my bag.
I feel like I'm obsessed with her, she's driving me crazy.

„Oh fuck my life." Ela groans and takes her hoodie off.
„Aren't you cold now?" My best friend next to me ask's her.
She gives him a glare, „No, It's very chill. Obviously I'm cold now!"
I chuckle and take off my hoodie, "Here lo- Here."

We continue talking and I notice how Mateo and Layla keep trying to flirt sneakily, they are so obvious.

We always do that, ever since we started hating each other. We furrow our eyebrows and act as if we're disgusted by each other. It's honestly pretty funny.
Mateo starts to take out the snacks out of the bag and places them in front of us all.
„Have you guys seen this new movie in the cinema, everybody and you or some shit. Everyone is loving it."
I hear his sister chuckle, „I think you mean 'Anyone but you' Mat. But no I actually haven't seen it yet. I want to, though."
„Maybe we could all go together?" I suggest without thinking.

We start laughing a bit but calm down after a good minute.

„But guys you do know it's a rom-com, right? Since when are y'all into that?" Layla asks confusedly.
„Are you kidding? I may be a boy but I got taste in movies, anyone who doesn't like rom-coms is crazy." Mateo admits.

I always say that shit is too lovey dovey for me but I actually love them. I just kind of hate them because they makes me feel really fucking single.

Layla gasps and now they're in their own conversation talking about dumb rom coms.
Me and Ela just sit there in awkward silence. I'm supposed to ignore her, right? Or should I just talk to her?
