At every 5 years Dragon birth festival is celebrated. In this festival members of all Royal families whose age is 20 or more than that have to attend the ceremony and whoever is attending for the first time have to show their dragon spirit to everyone. Before this festival their dragon spirits are hidden from everyone, it's a rule made by their ansistors and if someone won't attend this festival then their dragon powers and spirit is taken away from them.

Every time dragon festival is celebrated in different kingdom it depends upon Phoenix star that which kingdom it chooses . And this year Eros (kingdom) is chosen by the Phoenix star
Emperor of eros "Kim jihun" is personally taking care of all the arrangements even though he is really stressed out right now, but not because of festival. He is constantly thinking about how to get a solution for his problem. Only 10 days are left for dragon festival and his youngest son's birthday. Yes I am talking about Kim taehyung prince of Eros who is hidden from the world until now for some unknown reasons..........
King jihun is sitting on his thron while discussing about matters related to kingdom, dragon festival and his son with some of his trustworthy ministers and advisors

"We can't keep him hidden from everyone now cause he have to attend festival no matter what"
Jihun said while looking at his ministers for any suggestion. While rubbing his forehead in frustration.
"Emperor it was already decided that we will reveal prince's identity on his 20th birthday"
One of the elders between the ministers said. King nodded his head agreeing to what his minister said
"Yeah I know but the main problem is how other Kingdoms will react to this. It can create more problems for prince in future if we directly introduce him in front of everyone on the day of festival"
Jihun said while thinking about the worst scenarios
"What if we introduced prince to everyone before festival ? We still have 10 days if we sent invitations to all Kingdoms to join us to celebrate Grand king's birthday?"
Priest lee kang-woo said entering royal court. Everyone expect for king stood up and bowed in front of priest.
"Thank God you came priest Lee. I was waiting for you. But do you really think it will work? I mean what if they ask why we never mentioned about prince before"
Jihun said looking at priest Lee Waiting for a reasonable answer.
"We can tell everyone that prince's health wasn't good when he was born and he was really sensitive after grand queen's death prince condition got worse cause he was really close to her so we decided to keep him away from all the responsibilities of a prince till he gets his dragon spirit "
Priest lee said after thinking for a while. King nodded in agreement looking at his ministers asking about their opinion on the matter. Some ministers Smiled agreeing to the idea while some just nodded their head in agreement .
"Okay so we will start from sending invitations. Everyone start doing arrangements for grand king's birthday"
King ordered everyone and stood up from his seat ending the meeting.
"God I hope that everything will go well . Keep my son safe"
