18 years ago, Amelia Forbes and Jack Parker fell in love. One a core witch and the other a Wiccan. They got married and had a beautiful baby girl they named Cordelia Parker-Forbes.

All was well in the household until Cordelia's power began to show. The two year old had caused small things to happen with her powers all her life but they had always been with her mother's powers.

But one day when she was crying and her father picked her up to calm her down, he suddenly felt very weak and her body was glowing red.

He threw her down and scrambled back. Jack Parker knew all about siphoners. They were abominations to the witch world, psychopaths with no feelings. They should not exist.

Amelia Forbes rushed into the room called by her crying daughter. She went to comfort her but Jack pulled her back. He told her that their daughter was an abomination that didn't deserve to live.

Obviously Amelia was horrified at this and told him he wasn't thinking straight but Jack insisted that Cordelia did not have a right to live. He went into the kitchen and came back with a knife.

Amelia seeing this called the police and turned to her husband. She did not want to kill him but she would do anything to protect her daughter.

She reached into her pocket before remembering that her wand was in her room sitting on the dresser. Even without she fought fiercely the two battling with their different types of magic until Jack lost patience and lunged, knife in hand for Cordelia.

Amelia dived in front and the knife just barely scraped Cordelia but hit Amelia full force slitting her throat and killing her instantly.

Though the young Cordelia didn't know what was happening seeing her mother's blood made her angry and her crying increased, letting out a shrill screech.

Her father flew back, hitting the wall and snapping his neck.

The police arrived a few minutes later finding two dead bodies and a baby sleeping peacefully with a scar on her neck.
