Addy giggled at Rebekah's cluelessness towards everything. She felt bad that she had missed out on so much but it was fun to teach her everything about the modern era.

There was lots of muggle stuff Addy herself had never understood but had gotten used to because of Caroline.

Lia, Care, and Kat had left to do who knows what so Addy was alone with Rebekah. Stefan walked up the two of them and Addy scowled.

"Why are you here?"

"Why so hostile. What did I ever do to you?"

"Simple. You existed." Addy smirked and waved him away.

Rebekah looked around disappointed. "I thought Tyler would be here."

Addy scrunched her nose. "Tyler? You could do so much better."

"You're into Tyler now? That's kind of fickle."

"When you're willing to give me the time of day again, we'll talk. Until then a girl has needs."

"Ugh, men. They're not worth the effort it takes to talk to them."

Stefan looked ready to respond but Elena pushed through. "Excuse me." She filled up a cup of beer and Stefan stared at her.

"Elena, hi. What are you doing?"

"I'm having fun Stefan. You have a problem with that?"

"Alright, take it easy. We both know you're kind of a lightweight."

"Really?" She went to refill her cup. "You think I'm going to let a blood addict tell me how to drink?"

Addy started laughing. "That was a good one. Run along now. No one wants you here."

She addressed both Elena and Stefan but when they didn't move she simply grabbed Rebekah's arm and pulled her along. "Where are we going?"

"To make s'mores."

Instead of putting her marshmallow in the fire Addy set it on fire very quickly with her magic before putting it out and placing it on the graham cracker. "Perfect."

Rebekah looked around. "You seem really comfortable using magic in the open."

"Muggles can rarely comprehend magic. Even if someone does see it their brain convinces them they're making stuff up."

Rebekah was studying her and she groaned. "If you have something to say, just say it."

"You told Stefan men weren't worth the effort it takes to talk to them. Does that mean you're a-"

"A lesbian? Yes. Men are so full of themselves and for no good reason. I've always found women much more tolerable."

"I suppose I can't blame you for that. I'm bisexual myself actually."

Addy grinned at her. There was something so interesting about Rebekah. Addy thought that perhaps they were kindred souls in a way.

She could tell that Rebekah had never had many friends and Addy certainly knew what that felt like. She had always been a lot to handle and before she met Lia no one could.

Cor and Care and even Kat had become her family and she wanted to do the same for Rebekah. Regardless of the things she may have done she deserved friends who truly cared about her.

At that moment Caroline plopped down beside her. "What are we talking about?"

"Unfortunately for you Care Bear we don't have any gossip to share."

"That's too bad." She grabbed a graham cracker and chocolate and got to work on roasting a marshmallow. "It feels like the town has gotten boring lately."
