"I'll ask you one last time princess who did this to you." I said

"Like I said I hit my head." She said

I would have moved closes but I was only inches away from kissing her and that's something I wouldn't wanna do.

But then again I would mind doing it.

"You know I don't like liars right princess."

"How could I be lying when I'm telling the truth. Now unless you have any plans on kissing me or playing with my heart I'd suggest you'd let me go before some else walks in and sees us." She said pushing me off but I grabbed her wrist.

"We're partners remember, I want your number."

"That's the most idiotic way to get my number I know I'm pretty but do you really have to be like that."

"Bold of you to assume I'd actually fuck you."

"God I hate you so much." She snarled at me. I smirked at her before talking again. "Feelings mutual Princess. How about this I give you my number and you decide whether or not you wanna text me but just to let you know it's your grade at risk." I said as I let her go and she left her room as I followed her out then we went our separate ways.

I met up with the guys for football practice, we normally came early so we could just talk about what our plans and all that.

"So seems like you and Astoria are now screwing each other." Xavier said

"What makes you say that." I said lighting my cigarette.

"Dude were in school, your gonna leave your shit everywhere." Kayvon said.

"Rude. Now back to you Xavier."

"Sylvia and I saw you two in the classroom and you looked like you were about to kiss each other." He said

"Don't you hate her." Jaxon said

"I do I was just checking on her."

"Wait does Lorenzo Russo actually had a heart, I can't believe it.

"Fuck you, either way she's was being a stubborn so I just left her and gave her my number so we could talk."

"Wow, didn't expect you to go soft on her." Kayvon said

"I haven't gone soft, I bullied her for years. Why on earth would I go soft now.

"Maybe its cause you want her." Jaxon said

"Me, Lorenzo Russo, falling for her. I think your on something cause I have no interest in her and that how it will always be."

"Really, so if I were to place a bet with you saying you won't fall for her."

"Not this shit again." Xavier said

"Oh yes. He's always betting on girls so this time he's the girl." Jaxon said

"Alright Jaxon I accept this bet. What are the terms for this agreement."

"Easy, if you don't fall for her by the time the school semester ends, I'll give you ten thousand dollars and if you lose you give me the same amount.

"Alright Jaxon. I accept your challenge." I said before we shook on it. That's normally our way of saying that there's no going back on this and I'm very sure that I won't regret this.

I arrived home after football practice and not to my suprise it was clean, some bags were placed at the side so I'm guessing my uncle was back, I was walking into my room until I heard some laughter in another room. I went up to the room and was watching through the slit of the door, my uncle and my brother were playing chess while discussing something that wasn't really important until I heard something involving an underground sex trafficking company.

The same one my uncle owns, apparently the people that they kidnapped have been disappearing and some of his underground spies have been saying that they somehow escaped with and now they remain untraceable to their security.

Something tells me someone is involved in this and that's how they were able to help them, after a while they mention a name that sounded so familiar. After that I left and headed into my room and took a shower but before doing it my phone started ringing, it was an unknown number but I still answered it.

"Hey Russo." Astoria said

"So you decided to call me, took you long enough. Ready to put our rivalry aside and work together."

"Putting aside our rivalry, no thanks but working together yes, now can you read out the project."

"Alright so it says that choose a case to work on with your partner and try find information about it. The case can be solved but extra points will be given if you do an unsolved case."

"We're doing an unsolved case but they are so many of them so since your empire has detectives dealing with murders in so I'd suggest you pick one."

"I've already thought about it. Tell your dad you feel sick tomorrow."

"Alright which one are we doing and where and when you wanna meet up to discuss it."

"Meet tomorrow morning behind the school, were going to solve the Russo assassination."
