"How's Nathan today?'' I ask my sister in law as I stand beside her desk. Haley was now a high school teacher.

The twins sat on either side of Jamie, all three coloring.

''The same. He got all mad about Luke getting Jamie a basketball hoop.''

''Did you tell him he got the twins the same thing, all be it, Kayson is the one that mainly uses it.''

''I just wish he'd stop, you know?''

''Man, they do grow up fast.''

''Uncle Lucas!''

All three kids ran over to their uncle, who picked all three up with some struggle before crouching in front of them.

''J. Luke! Keithy! Kayse! Hey. You guys in high school already?''

''No, I'm only 4.''

''And we're almost 6.'' The twins state together.

''Hmm, 4 going on 40 and 6 going on 50. What are you drawing?''

''You can't see it. It's not done.'' Jamie states as he and the twins ran back to their seats.

''Yeah, trust me, I understand that one.'' My brother sighs, pulling me into a hug.

''I take it the writing's not going very well?''

''The writing... is not going at all. How about you? How was the last day of student teaching?''

''Great. Just trying not to freak out about next week when it's just me.'' Haley admits, fiddling with the things on the desk.

''I already told you, you're gonna do great Hales.'' I smile, rubbing her arm as she smiled up at me.

''Did you get a nanny yet? Either of you?'' Luke looked at us.

''The twins have kindergarten all week, Luke. I can live without a Nanny.'' I assure my brother.

''No, not yet.''

''Well, you know, you can't babysit him forever, Hales. And by him, I mean Nathan, not Jamie. ''

''Well, it's only been four months, so...''

''Shit, I have to go. I'll catch you guys later.''

I peck Luke's cheek before motioning to the twins.

''Come on guys, school time.''

Both kids groan before turning to their cousin.

''See you after school, J. Scott.'' Keithy and Jamie high fived.

''Later K. Scott.''

Kayson hugs her little cousin with a smile.

''Bye Jamesy.''

''See ya Kasey.''

I leant down and kissed Jamie's head, making the boy make a face.

''Aunt Blake!.''
