Minjeong and Taeyeon sat in Yizhuo's room, watching as the woman ran around and made a mess trying to find one perfect outfit to wear.
"Just wear the black dress."
"No!" Yizhuo huffed. "I've already worn something similar. I need to wow her tonight."
"And what's so special about this specific date?" Taeyeon asked.
"Considering it's been about a month of us going on dates and getting to know each other, I am going to ask her to be my girlfriend." Yizhuo smiled, rummaging through her closet for more clothes.
"About time," Minjeong muttered. "Glad this is going well for you."
"It won't be if you just sit there and not help me find something to wear!" Yizhuo exclaimed, Minjeong and Taeyeon chuckling before walking over to help Yizhuo with her outfit.
"What look are you going for?"
"Anything that'll make me look good."
"Yeah, that narrows it down," Minjeong rolled her eyes. "Elegant, formal, casual... you'd look good in literally anything, but we've gotta narrow it down to a specific style."
"Well, not elegant, but not formal, but not casual either..." Yizhuo mumbled. "Semi-formal?"
"What about this?" Taeyeon held up a grey spaghetti-strapped dress that would reach around Yizhuo's mid-thighs. Perfect for a semi-formal atmosphere.
"That's pretty cute," Yizhuo hummed. "But too plain."
"Then spice it up," Minjeong said, looking through the mess of clothes spread across Yizhuo's floor, bed, table, and dresser. "With this."
Minjeong held up a leather jacket, which she pictured would look really good with the dress Taeyeon found.
"Now wait a minute..." Yizhuo narrowed her eyes at the jacket, trying to picture how she'd look.
"And you can wear those grey boots you have," Minjeong added. "Perfect match, perfect outfit."
"Lemme try," Yizhuo took the clothing from the pair and headed into her bathroom to change, coming out a very happy woman. "You two are the best thing to ever happen to me."
"It looks good, doesn't it?" Taeyeon raised an eyebrow.
"I love it," Yizhuo nodded. "Time for hair and makeup then."
"When's she coming?" Minjeong asked.
"Fifteen minutes, give or take."
"What?!" both women looked at Yizhuo in shock.
"Can you hurry up and get ready then?!" Minjeong gasped, rushing out to help find the boots she was talking about while Taeyeon assisted the youngest one with her hair and makeup. "God, you're insane."
"I'm still gonna be ready on time." Yizhuo shrugged, applying her makeup at an almost inhumane speed. Minjeong was very impressed.
No one else interrupted Yizhuo in the very limited time she had to get dressed, helping her out wherever it was required, pleasantly surprised at how... used to rushing Yizhuo seemed.
"I'm always late for everything," Yizhuo clarified. "This is nothing."
"Well, it took you a little less than twelve minutes to put on makeup and do your hair," Minjeong told. "I'd say you're an expert."
"I am an expert," Yizhuo smiled. "How do I look?"
"Gorgeous," Taeyeon said, smiling at Yizhuo through the mirror. "Get your girl."
