Minjeong sat on a barstool with Yizhuo by her side. Turns out telling Yizhuo meant that Yizhuo wanted to join. Yizhuo joining meant Giselle joining.
That wasn't a problem. Minjeong liked Giselle, she was easy to talk to and would be occupied with Yizhuo anyways– it was just what Yizhuo had told her earlier that was still lingering in the back of her mind.
What did Giselle know? What other conclusions was she going to form during the night? Minjeong was honestly a little scared of the older one.
"Is she telling the truth?" Hyeju's voice snapped Minjeong out of her thoughts.
"I didn't hear what she said, but I'm gonna go with no." Minjeong muttered.
"Just nasty for no reason," Yizhuo scoffed. "Tell her Giselle's my girlfriend!"
"Oh! right," Minjeong chuckled. "She's telling the truth."
"Well, look at you," Hyeju raised her eyebrows. "Congratulations on convincing her you're a normal person."
"This is where it gets crazy," Yizhuo let out a smirk. "She's just like me."
Minjeong burst out laughing, "That is so far from the truth."
"When she's with me, we're the same." Yizhuo shrugged.
"You're one of a kind, Ning," Hyeju told. "There is no one like you."
"I don't like your tone, but I will take it as a compliment." Yizhuo smiled.
"How long have you two been together?" Hyeju asked.
"A day."
"Wow," Hyeju laughed. "And what's changed? You two have been acting like a couple for weeks now."
"I guess it's just official," Yizhuo hummed. "Whatever, I'm just happy she's my girlfriend!"
"You're cute like this," Hyeju cooed. "I'll make you a special drink because I like seeing you happy."
"You two are saps when it comes to me." Yizhuo said, looking back and forth between Minjeong and Hyeju.
"Well, you are our little sister." Minjeong shrugged.
"Now say you love me." Yizhuo scrunched her nose.
"Alright, this conversation is over." Minjeong turned around to face the crowd, Hyeju laughing as she went off to make drinks for the pair.
"Jihyo said you need to tell me you love me at least once a week."
"The new week hasn't begun." Minjeong muttered.
"But you can say it anyways." Yizhuo pouted, enough to make Minjeong want to pull her cheeks.
"Love you." Minjeong patted Yizhuo's shoulder.
"Already an improvement," Yizhuo smiled, watching as Giselle and Karina walked in. "Hi."
"Hi," Giselle giggled, pulling Yizhuo in for a hug. "Hi Minjeong."
"Hey, you guys." Minjeong smiled at the pair, Karina making her way to her side.
"We'll be out of your hair." Yizhuo said as she dragged Giselle aside before anyone could say anything else.
"Hi." Karina spoke up, giving Minjeong a smile.
"Glad you came." Minjeong smiled back, patting an empty barstool for Karina to sit on.
"I definitely needed this," Karina chuckled. "It has been a tough couple of weeks."
"Hopefully this will take the edge off." Minjeong said, turning to Hyeju who was already coming towards her with her drink.
