Noticing Alessia's clear reserved behaviour since their training session, Georgia had dragged her to their common room. The midfielder knew her well enough to see that something was bothering her and she wanted to take her mind off it.

She was right. There was something bothering the blonde. Seeing Ella get hurt was never good, but worries about her fitness for the rest of the tournament weighed on her. She knew it would crush Ella if she couldn't continue playing. All she could do was hope that she was okay. Despite the efforts of her team mates, Alessia found herself constantly checking her phone, wishing to see a text from Tooney to say that she was okay.

She and Georgia started to play darts. The striker wasn't horrendous, but she wasn't the best. Come to think of it, the best in the squad was Rachel and Mary. It had become clear in their early weeks being in Australia. Alessia seemed to be one of the better players in their mini pool tournaments.

She felt her mood lighten as they continued their games. Alessia winning one leg, Georgia another, they were on their final game, the winning game. It is their nature to be competitive, it was all in good fun but both of them wanted to win. Georgia threw her final darts, one hitting 2, the next hitting 8. She needed 40. The chances of her hitting a double 20 were slim. Alessia smiled as all she needed was a double 3.

Georgia took her time, throwing the final dart with ease. The clink of the metal frame perked the strikers ears.

"Nah no way! That's not a double 20!" Alessia protested.

She and Georgia bickered inspecting the dart that had been thrown.

"Alessia. Look at it! It's in the red bit!" G snapped back, Niamh, Hempo and Kiera all laughed as they looked on at the chaos of the two women playing darts.

"G no way! You just moved that!" Alessia giggled, pointing at the board.

"How could I move it Less? It's just skill, you can't handle it" Georgia shrugged, smugly yanking the dart out of the board as she retreated back to the line.

"Wait!!!"

They all turned to a confused looking Hempo who was sat on the nearby sofa, squinting her eyes to the ceiling.

"If you had double 20 doesn't that make you go bust?" She finished and there was a silence of contemplation between the players.

"Wh- No? I needed 40 so double 20's... right?" Georgia smiled, arching her brow and looking over to Kiera for reassurance.

Before the midfielder could confirm Lauren laughed. Loudly.

"No it's 60 isn' it?" She frowned, her voice oozing in confidence.

"N-no.. it's 40. 20+20 is 40" Kiera responded quietly, looking over to Niamh, Lauren's confidence in her answer making her second guess her own logic.

Niamh also had a confused look on her face, her eyes moving over to Alessia who was stood there clearly aware of the right answer and bright red trying to hold her laugh. But the second she seen Niamh's confused expression, she couldn't help but release her cackle.

G spun around to look at the blonde "You know I've just won!"

"Oh Hempo!" Alessia squeaked as the others erupted into laughter. The winger reaching for her phone and tapping the sum into her calculator.

"Oh." She started to laugh with the others. "I'm going back to my Lego!" She got up from the sofa with a bit of trouble due to its depth, her feet not touching the ground.

"You lot are brave! I nearly lot mi finger last time I played with Lessi!" A voice called from the doorway of the room.

Alessia's heart dropped when she turned and seen it was Ella. Stood with a crutch supporting her weight. A large boot encasing her foot and ankle.
