filming for hunger games: a ballad of songbirds and snakes (the ballad) ending a few weeks ago so hunter is back in new york staying with me until press starts. i haven't planned to see any of the other cast members yet (though rachel has been begging to come see me). i just feel like sister time is heavily needed. anddd we have an interesting interview planned with vanity fair. they want us to interview each other while connected to a lie detector.
"we need to get readyyyy!" hunter takes hours to get ready, and i'm not overreacting, she's taken three hours to get ready before. i honestly think if she didn't have a team of hair and makeup she'd never show up to carpets on time. i however, can get ready in roughly 30 minutes, if i'm in a rush. so when hunter says 'we' have to get ready, it means i'm going to sit and listen to her until she's about halfway done, then i'll start my stuff. and that's what we did. hunter recounted everything i missed on set and i listened, that's usually how things worked with us. she talked and talked, and i listened, i'd butt in here and there but mostly she just spun around saying anything she thinks is worth mentioning.

"you were on the show, work it, with liza koshy. do you like her?" hunter read off the last of the given questions which i easily answer with a "duhh i love her!" and then we transitioned to her personal questions for me.
"is there a special someone in your life kar?" she asked
"no"
"that's a lie" the lie detector guy put his thumb down as karlee blushed.
"wowww!" hunter shouted.
"he's not in my life!" i defended myself.
"but you want him to be?" hunter waited for my answer staring between me and the guy.
"well.. i don't know" i shrug.
"yes or no." the guy says with a straight face.
"uh yes."
"true." he gave a thumbs up.
hunter cheered and continued with questions. none as embarrassing or uncomfortable as the very last one.
"backing up to the first question, is it.." she walked over and whispered in my ear, "tom.?"
"yes" i whispered louder so the camera could pick it up.
"true" thumbs up.
