𝓘 can't believe I ended my date with Cat Noir, I mean It was nice, but sometimes you got to put a girl first! Kagami is more important right now and after her akumatization of Lies, she was a bit mad and I was very conflicted onto what to say to her next without her falling apart—I was also afraid she'd get akumatized again. So I came up with solution with Tiki! to . . . make a charm appear out of my yo-yo. My powers have shifted when I became the guardian and so with that, the first person I gave it to was specifically Cat Noir, but he stores it in his miraculous. I'm not sure if it would work, but I took it as a precaution in case we get akumatized.

I also found out after my breakup talking to Alya based on Kagami's attack, that she and Adrien broke up. Turns out, she broke it off with him! So at first, I was deeply concerned for Adrien of course. But, now that she seemed to calm down, I have decided I want to go and talk to her since we've been kinda distant lately. But not today. I'm going to try to cool off before I do anything else with my wild thoughts of Luka and Cat Noir in my head, I need to just . . . prepare for tomorrow.

It's the next day and I just arrived at school, for once, I'm not late I'm actually early before the classrooms even opened! Like, it got pretty crazy having the entire class look at me all the time so I decided . . . that I should leave even earlier~ And would you look at that! Alya is here! I run towards her and give her a big hug right in the entrance of the school.

"What- hey girl! what are you doing here? was there something I missed?" Alya immediately replies in a shocked response. "What? not at all! can't I just arrive here early to see my best friend?" I look at her with a smirk. "Oh please, Mari you can't fool me." She says back.

I let go and pat her on the shoulder, "Oh yes I can, you have no idea~" I say teasingly. Alya looks me in the eyes to still be shocked, "Well girl, I am a blogger—anything you try to hide, I will reveal." She says mocking my words.

I stare back at her blankly hoping that what she says isn't true. Because, there's no way she'll find out that I'm Ladybug, at least . . . I hope not. "We'll see about that!" I let go looking in a different direction. I spot Alix talking to Mylène. Alix notices me, and she waves and gets her and Melene to come closer.

"Marinette! I did not expect you to be here." Alix says while Mylène smiles at us. I put my hands behind my back, "Well, Alix, maybe it's time . . . I change things a little?" Alya looks at Alix like she's got no clue. "Whatever, you know . . . the girls and I were thinking of getting together soon, maybe at Juleka's place?" Mylène shifts. My hands behind my back tighten at the mention of being anywhere near . . . Luka.

Alya immediately notices and looks at Mylène, "Uh... Alix we were actually thinking maybe Marinette's place might be better?" I look at Alix who seems to be confused. "Oh yeah-" I stop for a second to think, I can't do my place! I have my kawami box project laying on my desk! I mean I can cover that up for my parents, and even hide it from Alya . . . but the whole friend group! No, my place is not for sale! They all stare at me waiting for what I was going to say.

"I'm sorry girls . . . but, since my breakup, I don't think going to Juleka's place is an option for me . . . and my place is a bit messy right now, so I don't know about that either." I put my hands crossing my shoulder looking at anywhere else but them. Mylène finally responds, "That's okay Marinette, sorry we were too insensitive, we completely forgot..." she bumps Alix, "...that Luka is Juleka's brother, and if your place can't work . . . why not the park? it doesn't have to be much, but we can all agree that it's nice and peaceful there."

I look at them, and Alix and Alya nod. "Thanks, this really means a lot, I'm sorry to put you all in this position." Alya pushes up her glasses, "Mari—we all know you probably have your own reasons." She winks at me. I decide to bring them all in for a hug. We stay like that for a little, and then let go.

"Woah—2'o'clock!" Alix says looking at who just arrived: Adrien Agreste. I creep over to Alya and try to hide behind her. "Good morning Alix, Alya, and... Mylène!" he says with a wave of his usual politeness with almost a hint of cheerfulness. Alya waves back trying to say good morning but I keep pinching her to shut up before he notices I'm here. He walks off to meet with Nino.

"Marinette~ what are you doing? I thought you were friends with him?" Alya turns around scolding me. I giggle in a nervous response. "I am . . . it's just right now, I don't it'd be a good idea to see him." Mylène and Alix look over worried. "Uh- yeah, well Marinette, not to be rude, but don't you think 'hot-stuff' over there has a chance since you both are-" Mylène cuts off Alix, "S-Since you both are, very good friends, isn't that so Alix?" Alix seems annoyed, "Right... well I'll leave it to you." She walks off. Mylène smiles and drifts off too.

"Okay, well something is seriously up." Alya crosses her arms. "I get your break up, but girl~ I'm pretty sure . . . that since Adrien's, he might be totally into you!" I stand up shoving her into a corner. "Listen, Alya, Adrien are nothing like that, we're... just . . . f-friends!" I try to explain. Alya doesn't seem to believe me. "Just friends . . . don't hide behind another-friend's-back!" She raises at me. I look down a bit guilty, but . . . I can't pursue Adrien, Kagami must be worried about him, and I'm with Cat Noir... even if she broke it off, there's no way I can believe she's still not . . . in love with him.

I didn't respond, and the bell rang. I headed to class in hopes of avoiding speaking with Adrien.
