Flowers bloom during spring,
they fall out as soon as autumn comes in.
But her love for him started during winter,
something which even summer couldn't hinder.
He fell first,
but she fell harder.
He liked her first,
but she fell harder.
They were best friends,
best friends since they first met.
He said he liked her,
she thought he was good for her.
Then there came a situation,
in which they had to choose.
Choose either each other,
or both of them would lose.
She chose him,
without a second thought.
But he chose the world,
opposite of what she thought.
Then she remembered,
a memory from the past.
A memory which when she remembered,
broke her heart.
He had brought her flowers,
and she had smiled at him.
He just liked her,
but she?
She had fallen in love with him.
