Sofia (that weekend)
"Got everything?" I smile and nod at Phoebe, zipping up my bag and setting it down on my bed. "I'm so excited. Whose house is this, again?" She asks me eagerly as she sits at my Vanity, combing through her hair before turning and looking at me.
"Brody lives with his friends, so it's their house. And it just so happens to be right by the beach." I respond with another smile.
She squeals excitedly, standing up and tucking her comb back into her bag.
"Amazing, you ready?" I nod happily, and we both grab our bags and phones, and head downstairs.
I'm not too sure where Mama is, she wasn't here last night and I haven't seen her this morning, either. I wanted to say bye before I left but, I guess not.

"Wow," Phoebe gasps as we pull into the driveway, both of us staring up at the house in amazement. "Your cousin is rich, huh?"
"Uh..." I trail off slowly. "Not really."
I mean, not that I know of...his Mom is a nurse but other than that, I'm not sure what he does.
She parks her car and we both get out, and I send Brody a text letting him know that we're here before we grab our bags and walk to the front door.
I ring the doorbell, and it only takes a few seconds before it opens.
I let out a quiet gasp, looking up with furrowed eyebrows.
What...?
"Mason?"
"Hey," He greets, cold eyes flashing in amusement. "Come in."
"Wha- why're you here?" I ask in confusion, stepping into the home with Phoebe next to me.
"I live here."
What the-
"Sofi!"
I look past him, my confusion overpassed with joy when I see my cousin. I open my arms when he reaches me, and he lifts me up into a tight hug.
"God, I feel like I haven't seen you in ages."
"You saw me last weekend." I giggle, hugging him back tightly. "Dude, where'd you get the money for this house? It's so nice!"
He just shrugs, setting me down and patting my head.
"This is your friend?" He asks, and I nod. "I'm Brody, Sofi's cousin."
"Phoebe." She smiles back. "Nice house." She then compliments.
"Where're Gabe and Chris?" Brody asks, looking at Mason who shrugs. "Okay, come on. Your rooms are upstairs, i'll take you."

After finding our rooms and getting settled in quickly, Phoebe and I decided to exploring the house wouldn't hurt.
And it, is, huge.
"I can't believe they have an entire gym in their basement. A movie theatre, and a gaming room."
Yeah, I'm slightly confused.
Okay...very confused.
Brody never mentioned having a job, especially not one that pays enough to pay this type of rent or afford this type of house.
"Yeah, it's nice." I agree, following ehr down the steps and into the living room.
I spot Mason and Brody, and two other guys I don't recognize.
