OLIVER HAD DONE many things in his lifetime, more cruel than kind. Felix didn't feel the same way about him - romantically of course.

A quiet conversation with the object of his desires in the vast greenery of the Labyrinth maze had led up to this very moment, the moment he got revenge.

Revenge on Felix Catton.

Revenge on Cyn Royce.

Revenge on everyone who had ever made him feel like an outsider, an outcast, a fluke.

Revenge on the all-seeing being that chose to curse him with such a lowly existence.

"Oliver, I'm sorry...you're a friend to me. That's all we'll ever be,"

Overcome with a pure fit of rage, he'd carried out a last-minute plan to poison Felix and stage it to appear like a drug overdose.

Oliver blamed Farleigh while he was it, knowing Felix's parents would believe the partying pill popper who happened to be the only person of color at Saltburn had a hand in his death.

Cyn was on the Estate grounds, having done some Afternoon shopping at the local Farmer's Market to stock up on some of her and Felix's favorite healthy snacks.

It was eerily quiet at Saltburn, far too quiet. Flipping open her Nokia, she checked for any texts from Felix about everyone having gone out.

Little did she know there was a heated family conversation at the table inside - Sir James, Lady Elspeth and their daughter Venetia looked back at Oliver and Farleigh.

Oliver had played them like a fool, Farleigh had been ousted from the good graces of the Catton family and their fortune.

Cyn was outside on the verge of throwing up, her oxygen seemed hellbent on not reaching her lungs.

"Felix! No, no, what...what the fuck?"

She screeched, a high-pitched strangled cry echoed throughout the Garden. "Nice of you to finally join the party, Royce. Unfortunately, Felix had a bit of an accident."

The blue-eyed boy spoke, he could almost physically taste the bitterness on his tongue, the disdain he held for the woman in front of him.

Cyn looked up from where she kneeled beside Felix's lifeless body, seeing the look of pure joy on Oliver's face.

It was chilling, this was the happiest she'd ever seen the guy in all her time knowing him.

"Oliver? What are you- call the ambulance!

Felix is...why the Hell are you just standing there looking at me like that? You fucking weirdo!"

She yelled, taken aback by his unbothered demeanor. "Ah, Cyn. You may be pretty but you're surely thick as a log."

Oliver replied, Cyn barely had a chance to react as he yanked her up by her braids, dragging her across the mossy ground to shove her head under the Fountain water.

Struggling against his grasp on the back of her neck, water flooded her nostrils, desperately trying to fight for survival.

Seeing the life drain from her face wasn't enough, he needed one final encore, the grand closing of this nightmare.

Working on borrowed time, the shorter boy hoisted her dripping wet body onto the warm tiles.

Oliver's nimble fingers moved with urgency, lifting the bottom of her white t-shirt, drinking in the sight of her perky bare chest.

Felix sure knows how to pick them.

It didn't take long for the blood to rush downwards, his excitement spurring him on to take things further.

Pressing his lips against her pale plump ones gave him genuine goosebumps, he couldn't help but wonder if this is how Felix felt whenever he kissed Cyn too.

Pulling back for air, he shifted lower, mouth latching onto the skin of her cold dark brown nipples.

A low hum escaped Oliver as he worshipped them with his tongue. He needed to get rid of her and join everyone inside before the others started to get suspicious.

"See you around, Royce."

He muttered, imitating the boyish charm of Felix as one last hoorah, dumping her limp corpse on top of the one belonging to his former crush.

Not only did Farleigh and Venetia find a dead Felix sprawled out on the grass, they had to deal with peeling apart Cyn's body off of him.

But alas, the journey of young love between Cyn Royce and Felix Catton would never be truly embarked on.

It led to their very own demise at the hands of a scorned man, Oliver Quick. Beware, Saltburn waits for no one.
