As soon as Taylor gets back, she stares at me. Uh-oh.
"Hey," I came up to her. "What happened? What did he say?"
All of a sudden, Taylor's smile rose. "...I won." I smiled, sighing of relief also because it was only good news. "I did it!! I won finals!!!" She screams full of joy.
"Wait- what?? You did??" Julia asks, excitedly. She nods as Julia gives her a high-five. "Atta, girl."
I lift her up, full of happiness myself. "I'm so happy for you."
"For us, you mean."
I nod, slowly. "Yeah, for us."
Heidi rolls her eyes. "Oh, for crying out loud- kiss her already, scaredy-cat!"
"I'm gonna!" I yell back. This makes us laugh.
Finally, I kiss her as our crowd of friends, including the judges as well- even the one with the trophy- had all clapped for us.
"I'm so happy, Justin Bieber." She joked again.
I nod. "Yeah, me too, Taylor Swift." I joke back.

We walk with the trophy in both of our hands as we wrap around each other with our arms linked.
I'm happy that I get to spend my time with Taylor now, and that we've became a very close couple.
It's funny how this had all started, because it all started off with just a stupid drunk night with my crush's roommate.
But that's who I was meant to be with all along, but I never realized it until we were together...
