Chapter 25

I sighed. "Oh god no."

"No-no-no! It's worth valuable time, I promise!" He explains, his hands clasped. "Please trust me, Justin." I stare at him. "...Please?"

I nod in agreement. As long as it's not dirty.

"Thank you." He clears his throat. "Now where do I start? ...Ah! Okay, so... me and Heidi were friends, for, like, a really long while. Actually, we were apartment neighbors ever since we were middle schoolers... we ended up going to different colleges, but both at the same state of California. Right before we started college, it was summer. And all she wanted was a date only for a double date thing Heidi and her other group of friends wanted to do. At that moment, when we kissed... it felt like a dream had come true... we had a few arguments here and there and I might've hurt her feelings a little... but at the end, I realized what I had and I came back to her. She easily forgave me because she was such a good person to know how much I tried for her."

I couldn't even believe it... even Heidi had an interesting story with her boyfriend. "So... that's why she's so attached to you."

"Yes. We both love each other very much, and I wouldn't give anything up for her."

As much of a man as I am, I wanted to cry.

"That was so meaningful to Heidi. I wish she could've heard that."

Ironically, at that moment, I heard keys drop. We turned around, seeing that Heidi was standing in the doorway. Her light blue eyes glistened in tears. I heard her sniff. "That... was the most beautiful thing you've ever said about us."

Right before Tyson could react, she leaps on top of him, her legs curling around his waist. She held his face, kissing him.

As vulgar as Heidi is, she has a sweet side to her, making her relationship with Tyson more sweeter.

"I can't imagine what it's like for you two..." I mumble, not realizing that Tyson stopped kissing because he heard me.

"You just have to tell her about what is so special about her that made you come back for her."

Heidi smiles, yelling out, "Go get her, tiger!"

I laugh. "I will! Thanks, guys!"
