"The girl's hot, not gonna lie." It was Cristalle.
"Thought you were straight, and you're even married now." Michelle shot back, her eyes trained on the beach. She's planning on calling her girlfriend again if Cristalle doesn't show up.
She took a sip of her drink, avoiding the girl's inquisitive stare.
"I thought you would've been all up on that. Whatever ridiculous phrase you used to say."
Michelle snorted. "First, why are you still outside when you should sleep with your child and husband? And I don't talk like that. You sound like a complete tool for trying to impersonate me, and second, she's not my type."
She stood up and started walking towards the villa, hoping that Cristalle would drop it and leave her alone.
Obviously, her friend didn't.
"Come on, she's a woman and available, willing to get to know you. What's not to like?"
The short-haired girl was getting annoyed, and pinched the bridge of her nose with her thumb and index finger. She didn't like what Cristalle was implying after her awkward conversation with a stranger.
Thankfully, the villa they're staying in was close to where she was hanging out earlier. Michelle stopped and turned to look at her friend. Composing herself, trying to tame down the urge to go off.
Especially not now that she has a sulking girlfriend who needs to be wooed.
"You know, I honestly do not appreciate these constant implications that I'm easy. If you have something to say, talk now and get it over with, Cristalle."
Her friend was taken aback at Michelle's words. Oblivious to the fact that she's already in a relationship.
"I'm not saying you're easy, Michelle. I just- since you're single, maybe it's a chance for you to have someone. I'm sorry if I offended you. And the girl looked like she really wanted to get to know you. I was just wondering why you wouldn't say yes to her."
Michelle let out a breath. As much as she wanted to tell Cristalle about her love life, Michelle didn't want to put Ann at risk.
So she just shrugged.
"Maybe I'm just not in the mood? Or maybe I wasn't really looking for a relationship or even a fling right now," Michelle huffed back, unlocking the door.
Apparently, Cristalle got the message, just gave Michelle a suspicious look, thankfully shutting up about it.

When her girlfriend oh, so sweetly asked her if she could go to the beach with her friends, Anntonia's first reaction was surprise, because Michelle didn't need to ask for her permission. It's not like she wouldn't allow her to go. She's not that crazy possessive.
She rolled her eyes when she went back to the message she sent her.
"Promise, I'll behave." She narrowed her eyes on her phone.
"Promise I'll behave, my ass," Anntonia mumbled to herself. She's annoyed even if it wasn't even Michelle's fault.
Not her fault that she's very attractive and the ladies are clamouring over her girlfriend. It's just difficult for her to witness or to even hear it directly from them.
The urge to stop them from looking at Michelle or just a mere conversation with her girl makes it difficult to keep her jealousy at bay. And tonight wasn't any different.
Anntonia remembers during their time in El Salvador, how she always got so jealous of other girls that gave interest to the woman she likes.
Funny how fate worked hearing about how Ms Philippines and Ms Peru were becoming close. Then there's Ms India, that Anntonia had to stop herself from letting the green-eyed monster get out. Especially when she and Michelle were developing feelings for each other.
