"So what will you get Rubble" Rocky asked, the bull dog.
"I don't kn..." Rubble said, freezing in his sentence to see someone familiar.
"Rubble?" Rocky said, waving his hand in front of Rubble's face.
Rocky placed his hand down and looked to where Rubble was looking and what he saw next was quite a surprise. Rocky and Rubble walked over to the dog who was smashing building bricks and saying "Workin on the dust".
"What do you want?" the German Shepherd asked, in an annoyed tone.
"Chase, is that you?" Rubble asked.
"Yes, and if you mind I have to work if I want to get paid" Chase said, in an irritated tone.
"Can we talk?" Rubble asked, the shepherd.
"My shift is in 7 minutes" Chase said.
Rocky and Rubble walked away to a nearby Dunkin Donuts as Chase worked for the next 7 minutes. When Chase's shift was over he went over to talk to Rocky and Rubble, while they were talking to each other.
"Where have you been?" Rubble asked, Chase.
"A bit of everywhere" Chase said.
"Are you upset to see us?" Rocky asked Chase.
"Yes and no, (looks at watch) look at the time I have to leave" Chase said, as he left the two.
"I guess he walks a lonely road" Rubble said.
That night Chase was driving down the street till he heard a scream coming from a building. Chase stopped his bike and ran to the screams, Chase saw a building on fire and firefighters trying to put out the fire. Chase ran into the building and kept running for a couple of minutes but when Chase heard crying so Chase ran at the door making it fall down.
"Take my hand...Please" Chase said, nearly crying.
The girl grabbed Chase's hand and Chase lifted his hand and picked up the girl and carried her and ran to the building's front door. Chase gave the pup to the ambulance, Chase hopped over his motorcycle but fell and passed out. When Chase woke up he saw a couple machines plugged into him then the doctor came in and Chase was shocked to see who it was.
"Leave me alone Marshall" Chase said, in an angry tone.
"Chase, I'm here to help you" Marshall said.
"Like when you helped me get kicked out of the only home I had" Chase said.
"Chase, you endangered my little sister!" Marshall yelled.
"I saved her, but that's besides the point where do I pay the bill?" Chase said.
After a few minutes of arguing Marshall checked what was wrong with Chase and saw that Chase was starved. Marshal then left the room while he saw his friends walking to the room Marshall was in front of.
"Guys, what are you guys doing here?" Marshall asked, his friends.
"We're here to see Chase, scenes we haven't seen him in a long time" Skye said.
"I don't think he wants to be seen" Marshall said, in a saddened tone.
All the pups looked sad for a moment then turned back to a friendly face but Skye looked sad for more than a moment. The pups walked away from Chase's door, After 20 minutes Skye made her way to Chase's door and went into the room.
"Ah, oh just leave me alone" Chase said.
"Chase is it? I'm Skye, I came to talk" Skye said.
"Talk about what? how my friends accuse me" Chase said, in an irritated tone.
"No, I came to see if you wanted these?" Skye said, holding out some blue flowers.
"Thanks, blue's my favorite color" Chase said, smelling the flowers.
'Your welcome...but where did you go after high school?" Skye asked the shepherd.
"I went off the grid when I was...excused from Marshall's home" Chase said.
"When you say excuse you mean putting Marshall's little sister in danger" Skye said.
"I guess you're all the same judging a person before you know them" Chase said, in an irritated tone.
"So what really happened?" Skye asked the shepherd.
"Marshall's little sister, Sarah, was by the stairs playing and slipped. Sarah was about to fall off the stairs but I grabbed as she started crying. When Marshall and his parents started saw me holding Sarah and they went to grab her from me and they looked at me with fear and that's when I was...kicked out and played the bad guy" Chase explained.
"So that's why you left" Zuma said.
"Yeah, and when I was with some people I learned that sooner or later people will do something terrible like a terminator so I left" Chase said.
"Also Chase you saved my life" Skye said, as she grabbed Chase's hand.
Chase looked at his hand and looked back to Skye with a light smile as their friends did a smirk.
