Hey everybody I just wanted to say that I know this book is not historically accurate but this book contains: pups.
Everest and Skye were talking in the back of the wagon that was on its way to adventure town, but the wagon suddenly stopped. Skye and Everest came in the front of the wagon and saw that it was the famous bandit's Gasket, Hubcap, and Dwayne. The three in the wagon were terrified of the pups that are very dangerous and Gasket and Dwayne started to ransack all of the things in the wagon but were stopped by Chase.
"Get out of here, if you know what's good for you," Chase said.
"I ain't scared of you Chase" Hubcap said.
Chase then pulled out his gun and pulled the trigger and shot at one of Hubcap's paws and the three bandits soon got away. Another horse came by carrying a dalmatian and the dalmatian came to check out the three in the wagon.
"Are you three heading to Adventure town?" Marshall asked.
"Yup" Everest said.
"Well we'll give you an escort to the town so you don't have any trouble" Chase said.
"Thank you," Skye said.
Chase and Marshall led the wagon to the town and Everest asked Skye if she could stay with Marshall just for one night. Skye said yes and had her suspicions of what's going on with Everest but kept it to herself and noticed the shepherd leaving.
"Excuse me officer but could you show me around the town?" Skye asked Chase.
"Sure," Chase said.
Chase showed Skye around the town and when Chase got to an old house he stared at it with a scared face.
"Chase, are you alright?" Skye asked, in a worried town.
"Yeah, it's just that house brings back memories" Chase said, in a saddened tone.
"Is that house for sale?" Skye asked.
"Why?" Chase asked.
"I think I'd like to live there," Skye said.
"Yeah, I'll check with the bank and see if you can get it," Chase said.
"Are you sure? Like I don't want to waste an officer's time" Skye said.
"It's fine," Chase said.
Chase then was able to give Skye the house and Skye noticed that the pups who worked in the police office all came out. Skye then saw Chase waving the pups off and then going back into the office and just sitting on a desk. Skye soon came out of her house and walked down to the police office and came in and asked "Shouldn't you be heading home officer?".
"I could ask you the same thing," Chase said.
"So can I sit down?" Skye asked.
Chase nodded and Skye took her seat and saw that Chase was looking at a map, Skye sighed and then said "Chase, if you need to sleep somewhere you can sleep with me".
Chase was shocked by this proposal then said "Skye, are you sure, like I'm not sure about this".
"You helped me get my house," Skye said.
"Skye...that's my house but I didn't want to live there, so that's why I gave you the keys to the house" Chase said.
"But still Chase even if you didn't like it or whatever let me help you" Skye said.
"...Alright" Chase said.
