Narrator: Hello, I see you have come to see what happens to alternate realities?
You nod your head.
Narrator: Well you have come at the right time to see this story, this one has a bit of sadness but for some reason I come to look at it? Time, space, reality, I single action can change how things are meant to go. But what if Chase never got adopted by Ryder and was left alone on the streets of Adventure City? In the story you know Chase formed the Paw Patrol with Ryder but this Chase had to suffer.
You see Chase running down the street and standing in the middle of the street not knowing what to do. A truck drives over Chase as Chase ducked but not quick enough when the truck ripped off a tiny piece of ear of one of Chase's ears. Chase ran to an alleyway feeling the pain in his ear bleed.
Narrator: That first piece of bleeding made Chase realize that the world is cruel but if he wanted to live he had to get rid of his kindness and become something else.
When Mayor Humdinger Gets Elected, and Talks about Changing the City:
Chase: I need help from those weak pups if these dogs want to live.
Chase gets out of the gates and makes a call to the Paw Patrol through his pup tag getting a bit impatient. Ryder finally answers the call.
Ryder: Paw Patrol, what's your emergency?
Chase (upset tone): Mayor Humdinger has been elected for mayor of Adventure City, I...need...your...help.
Chase then ended the call and the pups got ready to leave for Adventure City with no problems. On the drive Liberty noticed that Skye was deep in thought, so she asked her "Something up?".
Skye: I just was thinking of that pup we saw on the screen.
Liberty: What about him?
Skye: I saw that he had a missing piece of his ear, and he looked a bit...handsome...in a jerkish way.
Liberty could feel that her best friend got bit by the "love bug" but decided to not to embarrass her.
After The Fireworks Mission:
The Paw Patrol were being recorded on the news cameras, Chase sat next to Ryder and Ryder tried to pet Chase but Chase stared at Ryder with a "I'll live in your nightmares!". So Ryder decided not to pet Chase but said "Thanks for helping us".
Chase: I didn't help you, I just made a message to people to stay away from a cat person.
Ryder: I'm guessing you have a history with cat people?
Chase: I have a history of cats, and I don't trust anyone.
Ryder: Like?
Chase: Human, cat people, or just about anyone.
Chase left seeing the pups jump up to their owner but those things made Chase remember his life before he was a thief. When Chase was a good puppy, but as Chase was about to leave Skye stopped him and thanked Chase. Chase ignored the thank you and shot his zipline onto a building and left, Skye was a bit worried for Chase because she swore she saw fear and a tear in Chase's eye. When the pups went to bed Skye stared out the window but Skye noticed a pup trying to howl but failed and started to cry, but when the pup stopped crying he tried to make a serious face and stare at the streets like batman. Skye went to bed and when Skye dreamed she saw Chase standing by a cliff ready to walk off Skye tried to run but there was some sort of invisible barrier keeping her from saying a word or even moving.
Dream Chase: I always knew that this day was inevitable.
Skye tried to scream but nothing happened and Chase jumped off the cliff as the sun made its last light, and Skye saw Chase fall into the ocean rocks with a painful smile on his face. Skye screamed as she woke up crying from what she saw in her dream, Liberty was by her side holding her paw in a worried face.
Liberty: Skye, you were screaming, is everything alright?
Skye: I'm not alright I just had a terrible nightmare.
Liberty: Want to talk about it?
Skye: Yeah......(sigh) I dreamed that pup that helped us and he jumped into the ocean that was filled with sharp rocks. He looked at me with a sad smile and...(cries) died.
Liberty: Skye, it was just a dream and also that pup told us a new thing Mayor Humdinger did to the trains.
Skye felt relieved about this news so she and Liberty went to get some breakfast and a couple of minutes after breakfast the news came in. Chase knew something bad was going to happen so he waited for the help to come so he could back off the citizens. The mission was going good till a baby started to cry when her teddy bear fell but when Chase gave the teddy bear to the baby which she happily exapted which made Chase smile but her parents yelled at Chase which scared him and made him run off crying. Skye and Ryder saw this and Ryder told Skye "Find out what's wrong? I will take care of this".
Skye saw drops of tears and followed them till she heard crying and mumbling of "They are all the same, no heart, no feelings, nothing but a body with the design of breaking some pup".
Skye approached Chase very carefully and when Chase calmed down he heard Skye's breath and turned around to see her.
Chase: Just leave me alone, people are very good at doing that to me.
Skye: Chase, not all people are bad and I saw what you did for that little girl .
Chase: R-really?
Skye: If we go talk to Ryder I-we could help you but that's up to you.
Chase: I'll come with you.
Narrator: Now Chase will have to find a way to fit in and remember what happened in the time Chase had to live and after or what he could have chosen is in your head.
