That boy from church, I don't know his name but all I knew is that he made me feel some kinda way and made my brother upset because he was close to his ex Aiden. The entire time on our way to school he was ranting about Aiden's new best friend while I was hoping to see that boy again even though I've seen him multiple times at school but now it's like he's the only boy in the school.
"Are you even listening?" the voice of my frustrated brother snapped me back to real life. The car was at a halt and Barry was staring at me. "Have a great day kids." he smile at us. Scott got out not saying anything back so I did. "Bye, dad." I hugged him before getting out as well.
Scott was practically running ahead of me at this point and I dumbass ran after him before eventually tripping on the curb. I prepared for the fall with closed eyes but felt cold hands around my waist. I open my eyes with my breath hitched realizing I'm looking at the green grass on the sidewalk but I don't fall.
"You should watch your step next time." a familiar voice spoke and I turn my head to see that boy. He was wearing reading glasses this time and damn he was one good looking nerd. "Thank you." I say breathlessly like I ran a mile. He smiles and pulls me up so I was now foot to foot and face to face with him.
"No problem, didn't want you to ruin that pretty face." I hid a blushing smile clutched my backpack still standing there like we don't have 1st period. "Myra!!" I gasp silently and gave him a forced smile before turning and rushing towards my brother is for sure furious.
"My name's Sebastian by the way!!" he shouts right before I get far. I didn't have time to stop and look so I gave him a thumbs up. "Why are you talking to him?" Scott asked as I caught up with him. I look at him with a glare. "Because he just saved me the embarrassment." he rolled his eyes and we got to our separate classes. I had science with Liam and Ruth.
