My heart raced with anticipation as we sat together in a different room, awaiting questioning about the inexplicable event that had just unfolded—the wall of the police station torn off as if by some supernatural force.

Confusion and tension hung thick in the air as we exchanged wary glances, unsure of what to expect next.

Officer Samuel, a stern expression etched on his face, entered the room, his eyes scanning the group with suspicion. "All right, spill it," he demanded, his tone sharp and authoritative. "What the hell just happened out there?"

Simon raised his hand, his voice steady as he spoke up. "Sir, we have no idea," he said earnestly. "We were in our cell when the wall was ripped off. We didn't have anything to do with it."

Officer Samuel narrowed his eyes, clearly unconvinced by Simon's explanation. "Backup, huh?" he muttered, more to himself than to the group. "You've got some powerful friends, I'll give you that."

Janet bristled at the insinuation, her voice sharp with indignation. "We don't have any backup, Officer," she protested vehemently. "We don't even know what happened ourselves."

Before Officer Samuel could respond, his radio crackled to life, and a voice on the other end called his name urgently. He listened intently for a moment before his expression shifted, a mixture of surprise and disbelief flickering across his features."What is it?" Janet asked, her voice tinged with concern.

Officer Samuel hesitated for a moment before responding. "It's about you and the rest of the suspects," he said slowly. "You've been bailed out."

"Bailed out?" I echoed, my mind reeling with confusion. "By who?"
Officer Samuel glanced at his radio, his brow furrowed in puzzlement. "A man named Luke Watanabe," he replied, his tone laced with uncertainty. "I don't know who he is, but he posted your bail. Looks like you're all free to go."

As we walked outside, Janet's eyes widened in surprise when she spotted Luke waiting for us at the exit. Her expression softened with gratitude as she rushed forward to greet him, pulling him into a tight hug.

"Luke, thank you so much for bailing us out," Janet said, her voice filled with genuine appreciation. "But how did you... why did you..."

Luke held up a hand, cutting off Janet's questions with a reassuring smile. "Don't worry about it, Jan," he said, his tone calm and collected. "I had to pull a few strings, but I managed to convince the authorities that you were protecting citizens from Quinn, not aiding him."

Janet's eyes widened in surprise at Luke's words, a wave of relief washing over her. "You... you did that for us?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Luke nodded, his expression serious. "You're my friend, Janet," he said simply. "I couldn't just stand by and let you take the fall for something you didn't do."
