Sebastian
I paced the grand hall of my father's old fortress in Transylvania, Yes I had to move because my identity was revealed and in no time van Helsing and his crew would come bursting down my door in Nashville.
They'll have no other choice but to kill me but that is if I escaped again. Speaking of death where is Scott? Suddenly I felt my chest open but it wasn't, it was the unmistakable signature of van Helsing killing Scott.
I let out a roar that echoed through the stone walls, my body began to contort and change. my skin whitened, claws sprouted from my fingers, and my eyes glowed a feral orange.
Just as I was about to destroy something near to me Lucius entered the hall.
He approached me with measured steps, keeping a respectful distance from me.
"Sebastian," Lucius called out. "I know you're grieving the loss of Scott, but we need to address another matter."
I turned my glowing eyes toward Lucius, a growl rumbling deep in my throat. "What matter, Lucius? What could be more important than this?"
"It's about Whitney," Lucius replied, his tone diplomatic. "She's shown remarkable loyalty to you. What are we to do with her?"
Before I could respond, Lilithra appeared. "She can't live with us. She's human, a liability."
I growl deep. "I don't care about Whitney anymore," I snarled, my voice distorted and guttural. "Let her fend for herself."
Lilithra raised an eyebrow. "Interesting. You've always had a soft spot for her. Why the change of heart?"
My claws dug into the stone floor, leaving deep gouges. "Whitney is no longer my concern," I spat. "Scott's death has shown me where my priorities should lie. I will destroy Van Helsing and anyone who stands in my way."
Lucius nodded, understanding. "Very well. We'll leave Whitney to her own devices. Our focus will be on strengthening our forces and preparing for the battle ahead."
"Yes," I growled. "Let it be so. Van Helsing will pay for what he's done, and I will ensure that no one forgets the name Sebastian, the son of Count Dracula."
As Lucius and Lilith exchanged glances, they knew that a new chapter of darkness was about to unfold, with my fury driving them into a war that would shake the very foundations of the world.
As the tension thickened, Lucifer entered with a commanding presence. His voice cut through the growls and snarls, adding a new layer to the conversation.
"You're wrong, Lilithra," Lucifer said, his tone laced with a cold, calculated edge. "Whitney is worth our attention. She's just like your mother, Gheata—a young woman drawn to the darkness. We should turn her. She could become a valuable asset."
Lilithra's eyes flashed with irritation, her patience wearing thin. She stepped forward, her growl deepening. "Why don't you listen to me, Lucifer? I want to marry Sebastian so we can rule Hell together, but instead of supporting my plans, you're always beating around the bush with these schemes."
Lucifer's gaze hardened, and he took a step closer to Lilith, his voice dropping to a menacing whisper. "Lilithra, I recognize your ambition and your desire for power, but you need to see the bigger picture. Turning Whitney could strengthen our position, and she might be more useful than you realize."
Lilithra's frustration was evident, her stance rigid with anger. "You're dismissing my intentions for your plans. We're in the middle of a power struggle, and you want to focus on a mere human who might or might not turn out to be useful?"
