I kept staring at the ceiling of my bedroom, having been laid down atop my bed by the king himself. He laid beside me, snuggling into my side with a smile on his face. The crows dotted around in my bedroom taking their own little naps. I didn't know whether Philza was awake or asleep, but it didn't matter at the time.

I wasn't... me.
I wasn't me.
Phil...

I don't think Phil sees me as me anymore. It hasn't been long since he talked to me about whatever incident that was, but even then he won't stop calling me "his love" or whatever. Through murmurs or more audible sentences. He's more clingy and lovable? I don't know. I don't understand it. It scares me.

"Dear, what is wrong?" His sudden audible voice made me snap out of my rampant thoughts. Turning my head to look at his eyes, almost puppy-like and innocent. As if none of his struggles existed. "You are starting to sweat, and you are barely breathing."

"I'm fine-"

"Please do not die on me again!"

I stayed silent, eyes wide as I stayed staring at his frantic expression. He looked... desperate. Terrified that I- no, his wife would die again. He isn't worried for me anymore, but instead is worried for my body due to me being a reincarnation of his wife.

I'm not anything anymore am I?
I'm just his wife in another body.
I'm not anything to him but his wife now. Aren't I?

"Like I said, I'm fine. I'm not gonna die," I repeated, trying my best to force myself to calm down. I didn't want to deal with this. Just no. "I'm... just trying to process it all."

"That is perfectly fine my love," He smiled, shuffling around to be able to pat my head. He was so sincere, but it was still weird with how quickly his entire mood shifted. "Processing all of the information is quite a healthy thing."

"Thanks..."

The ruffling of feathers alerted me of the crows again. The oldest, from what I could tell, waking up from their slumber first. They looked towards us and, without making a vocal sound, casually flew over to us from my desk across the room.

"Not much of a talker?" They shook their little head to my quiet question. Not wanting to disturb Phil all too much from a slumber he appeared to be going into. A sigh slipped past my lips, my expression dying from whatever emotion there was before. "Great... I just..."

It was like I was incapable of finishing my words, though it appeared the elder crow knew what I was trying to say. How lucky of me.

"Not..... time," They quietly squawked, waddling closer to me throughout their sentence. I had to strain my hearing just to try and make out everything. And clearly it didn't work. "You...... reincar............ in........ Does not mean.......... able................ ntly. It needs...... Y/N."

Yeah... that helped.

With a groan, I rolled over to see Phil now in a much deeper sleep. The memories of such events must've drained his energy. Poor thing. But he was kind of freaking me out more so I couldn't complain about the lack of him talking. I rolled over, now on my back, watching as the elder crow shuffled over to sit on my chest instead. It was like a mutual agreement; both of us knew I didn't understand shit from what was said.

The sound of my phone vibrating snapped me back to reality, having to, probably, almost break a bone in my body to get it off of the nightstand. As well as keep the crow on my chest. Checking the screen, it was Tommy. An alert that he'd started a voice call on Discord.

"Hello," I groaned out. He had his camera on, and wasn't even looking at Discord. He was busy typing on another screen from what I could hear. So I turned my phone's camera on. "Fucking hell, I look dead."

"Huh?" That appeared to have finally caught his attention, as he finally looked at Discord to see me. "Oh good you're here. I got some interesting news to share- oh sorry did I catch you at a bad time?"

"No...." My voice trailed off for a moment. "I just got a crow on my chest and I can't move."

"Know that pain," He chuckled for a moment before recollecting himself. "Anyway, no, I meant..... Did I catch you after a fucking session or-"

"THESEUS MINECRAFT!!!"

The elder crow squawked loudly, flying off of my chest and onto a shelf nearby. Allowing me to finally sit up. I heard a thud not long after, followed by a low groan. Looking over I realised Philza had fallen off of the bed from my sudden yelling. A fully clothed Philza.

"What was that for?" The king rubbed his forehead, glancing over to me and finally noticing my face. "What happened my love? Your face is quite flushed with red, was something told?"

"Tommy..."

"Last I heard you said 'Theseus', not 'Tommy'," The blonde man explained, the elder crow nodding along on the shelf.

"Oh shut it," I said in a huff, shaking my head a little before continuing on. "Anyway, you said you had some interesting news?"

"Ohhh yeah... I'm only saying after you explained why Phil called you 'love'," Tommy began to question. "When the fuck were you two dating?"

"Quite a persistent one my son is," Phil calmly stated, sitting back on the bed and looking at the screen with a content smile. "Glad to have the knowledge of you still being exactly like that reincarnated."

"Yeah uhuh," The two of us nodded along, pretending like we understood anything he just said. "Anyway, to answer your question: since my past life apparently."

"What?"

"I'm the reincarnation of his wife dumbass."

Tommy stayed silent for a moment, looped in looking back at Discord and to whatever he had typed up. Before it appeared to have finally registered into his brain.

"Well, I was right about that then..." He mumbled to himself, though the mic caught his words. "Congrats on finding that out!"

"Thank you very much Theseus," Phil's smile brightened more, happy he could call his reincarnated son by the name he knew him as. "Now you finally have both of your parents!"

Tommy nodded with a small smile, faint clicks and typing could be heard for a bit before it stopped again. "Okay I created a group chat. A smaller one. Join the VC in that one."

And with that he left the current voice call. I followed after him, joining the call in the newly created group chat. Both of us turning our cameras back on again.

"So... what is this 'interesting news' you have for us?" I asked, glancing over for a second to see Philza's intrigued face. The sound of another person entered the voice call.

"Sup. Was told about some reincarnation nonsense, and I'm a part of it? Sounds ridiculous. I'm in!"

"I finally got a hold of Technoblade!" Tommy's smile was bright. He was so proud of himself, and I don't blame him.

But Philza was on the verge of tears.
