Valarie had never felt as good as she felt right now. Her eyes bags were gone while she had gotten 7 hours of sleep. She felt like she was a cloud

Until she was woken up by 2 blonde girls looking in through her cell

What the hell she thought as she sat up and rubbed her eyes

"Hello?" She said groggily her Spanish accent seeking through

"She is real!" The smaller one said

"Mika shh!" The older one said

When she realized they were no older thank 10 and 8 she softened up and walked over to them

The people from Woodberry must have arrived this morning she thought

"Sorry we didn't mean to wake you up" the older one, Lizzie said. "You look like a Barbie" Mika giggled as Lizzie dragged her away

Valarie smiled at the two girls seeing them walk away as a older woman no older than 40 with blonde-ish hair approached her with a laundry basket

"Sorry about them, there always into something" she laughed

"It's all good" she smiled "they are adorable"

"Oh thank you but there not mine, I'm Lila"

"Valarie. Valarie Espinosa" the young girl said yawning

"It's nice to meet you, I hope I see you around sometime I've got to get back to this" she said pointing at her laundry

"Nice to meet you too!" Val said as she walked off, she noticed Carl looking from the stairs and quickly cutting his eyes back down the main area.

Bicho raro she thought as she put on light blue short cargo shirts paired with a cropped green shirt, her and her sister found these at thrift stores and were able to miss match them. She re-pulled back up her hair since she hated having it down considering it went to her behind and was curly

After she got dressed for the day she headed headed downstairs to see if she could help with anything

She noticed Rick sitting at a table feeding a baby so she sat down

"How cute" she smiled

Rick looked up and chuckled "the people from Woodberry arrived this morning"

Val scrunched her nose as she watched the small baby gurgle

"I noticed" she laughed

"Do you have any new  jobs for me?" Valarie said cracking her knuckles

"Actually yea, we need someone to look out for the animals" he said scooping up Apple sauce and putting it in Judy's mouth

"There's only a few pigs and a horse so it shouldn't be much"

"That's great thanks Rick" she said getting up

"No problem, Carl and a new girl, Josie should be down there tending to the vegetables so you have some company"

"Ok great" she mumbled out walking into the hot spring air. She was exited to meet this Josie girl but not to happy to be with Carl.She noticed the same two little girls staring at her and giggling including some other kids the learned the names of, this time she decided to go over and talk to them
