Chapter 11( relationships)

Chapter 11.

" we have something to tell you both" we were at the dinning eating in silence, I was seated beside Jay while Shella was seated beside Leo. Shella broke the silence.

" are you pregnant?" I asked while scowling at her, pretending to be serious.

"shut up!!" she said shyly, she looked shy and I couldn't help but laugh, i made Shella shy, this Leo must really be her weak point now. She just glared at me and held Leo's hand. " we're officially dating, Leo asked me out this morning and I said yes." I wasn't surprised that they were dating already, both of them were fire.

" ohh Congrats to you two," Jay said and held my own hand." We are dating too" He said and smiled while looking at me, I couldn't help but blush. 

" I told you they won't last long before they start dating right?" Leo said to Shella with a smirk on his face. Wait did they place a bet on our heads? Shella just nodded and smiled.

" well let's raise a toast to our relationships then." Jay said.

"cheers" all of us chorused. We finished eating and Shella and I did the dishes while the guys were in the living room talking. Surprisingly Leo like the ndoleh and ate a lot of it, he was a real foodie. We joined them after we had finished cleaning up with.

Jayden's POV

I was the happiest man on earth right now because Rora accepted to be my girlfriend, I finally had the intrepidity to ask her. I was also happy she loved that bracelet, I blamed myself for scaring her, if I hadn't left to get it, no one would've scared her. I wondered who that was and why was he watching her. I had to find out. we had finished dinner and I was in the living room with Leo.

" man you look lost and worried, sup?" Leo asked while staring at me.

" some random man was following us today when we went to the park , Aurora saw him and he was watching her like a creep, she couldn't see his face thou."

"what the hell!! Who could he be, this is weird because she doesn't know anyone here right?"

"that's what is bordering me man, she's new here and I bet she didn't have any issues in her country with anyone for them to follow her here."

" that's right man, so who could it be?"

" that witch was here man, Kayla, she was here this morning."

"wait, how did she find you?, and why was she here?"

" I still don't know man, she said she wanted us to get back together, her sanguinity is insufferable."

"Does Aurora know about her?"

"know about who?" I turned to see aurora and Shella walking up to us with some snacks.

" he's talking about Kayla, my ex-girlfriend, the one who came this morning."

"ohh the bitchy babe... I wanted to gouge her eyes for kissing you." Aurora said while glaring at me, I wanted to laugh , she was jealous and it made me want to gloat about it. But I shrugged it off when  saw the surprise look on Leo's face

" she kissed you man?" he asked in disbelieve.

" yeah man she did.''

"Yoo man this is crazy, do you think she's the one who sent that man to follow Aurora?" I just glared at Leo feeling confused.

"Someone followed you Rora?" Shella asked with a surprised look on her face, Rora just nodded and Shella gasped loudly.

"Remember when you guys were dating she almost ran Clair Hudson over for flirting with you. She was obsessed about you man so I won't be surprise if she's the one" I looked at him intrigued it kind of made sense, Kayla was an obsessed bitch and  now that she's back saying that am hers I won't be surprise if she did something like that. I turned and looked at Aurora who had a worried expression on her face, i placed a hand on hers to calm her down.

" don't worry babe, nothing will happen to you, I won't let anything or anyone hurt you I promise." She just nodded. Why this happens only when she comes back?

"Leo we need to get the CCTV footages so we find the man and make him talk"

"ok man, dad has connections and I know a good detective too, we will sort this shit out." Leo said and we all nodded in response.
We all shrugged that off when Shella suggested we watched a movie.  we went to the mini cinema hall home and watched a movie. They left around 10pm and I and my girlfriend... yeah my girlfriend went to bed.

Unknown POV

"that idiot I hired failed to get rid of him years ago and you failed in your own task too. You all are incompetent." he said while throwing his glass of whiskey on the wall.

"dad come on, trust me... this time I won't fail you, I know exactly how to get him now, he has a weak point and I'll use that against him. As for the companies, it's time to attack." I said while smirking. this had to work or else dad will screw me up.

I left the office and went to my boyfriend's place, I needed to cool down before executing my plans.

Auroras POV

It's been two days since the park incident and I haven't left the house since, Jay said I should not worry that investigations are going on but I can't help but worry. if that bitch is crazy then she can do anything.as for the investigations, Leo said they had seen the man in the CCTV footages and that investigations are going on , but it seems he left town already because they can't find him anywhere.

I and Jay had gotten closer throughout the days and he made my stay here feel like heaven, he bought me flowers and ice cream, he came back from work earlier just to spend time with me. So far everything is going on just fine and I hoped it stayed like this.
