Scene 19: [Target Interior, Electronic Section, 11:53 am]

(Niall is watching a YouTube video on how to replace a broken phone screen, mildly struggling to understand the instructions)

NIALL: (replays video, squinting) "Insert screwdriver into holes and twist.  Oh I'll stick this into your hole alright."

BARBARA: (running over to Niall, frantic) "Niall! Oh thank god you're here, I've been looking for you everywhere."

NIALL: (nearly drops phone, unable to speak properly) "B- Barbara?" 

BARBARA: (catching her breath) "Oh, sorry, is this a bad time?"

NIALL: (changes into a more masculine pose) "Hm? No of course not, you know me just.." (pulls phone closer to face in an attempt to flex) "Chillin'."

BARBARA:  "Oh thank god." 

NIALL: "Why? Something wrong?"

BARBARA: "I really need a huge favor from you."

NIALL: (taken aback) "Me?" (recovers) "Uh, yeah, totally, sure, what is it?"

BARBARA: "Well, I got a call from my mom saying my sister just went into labor and I really need to go see her. Can you please work the rest of my shift?" (notices the phone he's holding) "Unless you're busy, I completely understand."

NIALL: "Oh, no, you know another customer's phone." (throws phone on table, waves it off) I can finish it later. You're still working in checkout right?"

BARBARA: (shakes head) "No, Ben moved me to customer service."

NIALL: (eyes widen) "Oh god, not customer service."

BARBARA: (completely misses Niall's worried tone) "Yeah, the customers there can be pretty harsh, but you're the first person I thought of since you work so hard and I really think you could handle it."

NIALL: "Work hard.. Yeah, totally, I can do that." (laughs nervously as Barbara beams) "Nothing's too hard for a Horan!"

BARBARA: (grins, reaches across the counter and hugs Niall) "I knew I could count on you! You're like, the only guy here that I can trust." (tries to break from the hug, only to be pulled back in) "Uh, Niall?"

NIALL: (mumbles) "There are only four layers, or less, of cloth separating us from ecstasy."

BARBARA: "What was that?" 

NIALL: (pulls away quickly) "Oh sorry, nothing, yeah well, tell your sister I said congrats on the newborn fetus and all." 

BARBARA: (waves at Niall, starts walking away) "I will! My shift ends at 7, but I'll try to get back by then. And thank you so, so much, I owe you one!" 

NIALL: (waves back, pauses, realizing what he just did) "Crap." 

 Scene 4: [continued Outside Fast Food Strip Mall, 12: 24 pm]

(Harry is in some sort of dream- a -coma, staring into the eyes of Mick Jagger himself)

MICK JAGGER: (floating in the sky, riding a carpet made out of kale with a Henry Savage scarf wrapped around his face) "It's been ages since I've seen you."

HARRY: (looking up, tears forming in his eyes) "Same with you old man. What have you been doing with yourself?"

MICK JAGGER: (shrugs) "You know, touring, drinking prune juice, the norm old guys do."
